I was satisfied with the entire experience until I opened the hood to check underneath and I found that despite servicing the car they had not even bothered to clear off the leaves and debris that sometimes the hood to check underneath and I found that despite servicing the car they had not even bothered to clear off the leaves and debris that sometimes accumulates underneath and then ends up getting wet and can cause electrical damage. I just think that if they had shown a little bit more care these are the small details that should have been addressed by the dealership. More

The fact that this vehicle is a week old and it had to be brought in for service and stay for over a week is unacceptable. This said, the service team was courteous and helpful.
