The actual diagnosis resolution were great. Did not get a call back or car washed. When I was picking up my car, took a while to find the customer rep. Then took longer to locate my paperwork. The excuse was the mechanic had to drive the car and did not get to wash it. The car was in the facility for 2 days. No excuse. My car had an extra 40 miles on it. I am not sure how much test driving was required to validate a better replacement. This was not a good experience in comparison to the first time I was this facility. More

I was satisfied with the entire experience until I opened the hood to check underneath and I found that despite servicing the car they had not even bothered to clear off the leaves and debris that sometimes the hood to check underneath and I found that despite servicing the car they had not even bothered to clear off the leaves and debris that sometimes accumulates underneath and then ends up getting wet and can cause electrical damage. I just think that if they had shown a little bit more care these are the small details that should have been addressed by the dealership. More
