The service was good. The service advisor was responsive and courteous. However, I feel that the labor charge was excessive for a battery change. The battery itself was $2 The service advisor was responsive and courteous. However, I feel that the labor charge was excessive for a battery change. The battery itself was $220 and I needed a turn signal lightbulb which is probably a few dollars. However I was charged over $500 for a job that probably took no more than an hour. This is why people avoid going back to the dealership for service. More
