I shopped around about 5 or 6 BMW dealerships in Northern NJ and found Prestige BMW to be the most respectful, courteous, professional, and helpful dealership. They also had very competitive pricing. The employees at Prestige BMW were extremely helpful with helping us find the exact type of car we wanted. We wnated a 335xi but semi customized. I just leased my fourth BMW from Keith DeYoung, who recently joined Prestige as its Sales Manager, and his very able Sales Representative, Lori Asserson. Both are extremely knowledgeable about the product and about the competition. They are also devoted to customer satisfaction, not only by offering a competitive deal, but by their willingness to be available to the customer AFTER the car is out the door. This is a unique attribute in the car business, which is populated mostly by sales people who don't want to hear from the customer until the next purchase cycle. At this dealership, even the receptionists were exceptionally friendly. Whatever issues Prestige may have had under previous showroom management, which issues are apparently reflected in the dealership's numerical rating on this site, they are definitely in the past. Physically, the dealership is under construction as of this writing (11/24/09), but it will shortly offer palatial surroundings to complement the quality of its people. I highly recommend Prestige, and Keith and Lori in particular, to anyone interested in a BMW. More
Freddy knew when we came into the dealership that we had a very specific budget in mind. He didn't try and steer us toward anything out of our range. Freddy Benitez was courteous and friendly. From the moment I walked into Prestige BMW Freddy escorted me to the person I originally spoke to on the phone to find out if the car was available. Freddy ended up working with me and it was a very pleasant experience. Unlike many dealer sales men, Freddy was not pushy and provided me with the detail information I needed to make a wise decision. I had a pre-approve loan with my bank and he offered to check with their banks to ensure I was getting the best rate. It turned out I was able to get a lower rate with them. He saved me money! He answered all my questions with confidence and provided extra information. Once I bought the car he spent extra time getting me acquainted with the car. When I questioned my car Bluetooth feature he graciously offered to help me get it setup. He told me to check with my telephone carrier to ensure my phone was Bluetooth enabled. I went back to Prestige BMW and in not time he set it up for me. When I call with questions Prestige BMW staff is always very helpful. This week I spoke to Sarem Youseif due to a TPM (tire related) message I saw on my car yesterday. Even after I read the manual and put air on my tires the car still shows this message. Sarem walked me through re-setting my tire pressure and if the message persist to call them again as I may possibly have a nail on my tires. He was very polite and answered my questions with confidence. Thank you Prestige BMW and staff! More
The short of it is that the service department, charged for parts not replaced, work and repairs not made at or or not made completely. After my 323i stalled out I foind out when I went to an independant, for parts not replaced, work and repairs not made at or or not made completely. After my 323i stalled out I foind out when I went to an independant, that although over the years, I had been changed a few times for replacemnt of the fuel filter, the fuel filter was original to the car! In fact a lot of things they calimed to have done and "repaired" and charged excessively for was never done at all. Anytime the car would be left overnight it would have an added 60+ miles to it too. The service department are outright liars, thieves and at the rates the change it is larceny and fraud. Never allow them to service your car. What this means is that durng the warranty period they likley did next to nothing, while reporting they had. In fact one time I got the car back with a broken spring it did not have prior to bringing it in. More

After stalling out one day on the hightway, I took my 323i to an indie BMW service shop and the indie repair shop promtly infomred me the fuel filter that was to have been replaced. It still had the factory part. The first time it was to have been replaced under the warranty period and several more times at cost to me, after warrantly. There was a long list of other items never replaced and incomplete repairs, although charged excessively for the parts and work. Anytime the car was held overnight, it would come back with 60+ more miles on it too. Any attempt to raise this issue is met with a dismissive attitude. You do nto get to even see the car or inspect it, until you pay the bill too. Be warned, never allow prestige bmw in ramsey to service your BMW even under warranty. More
This is the second vehicle i have purchased from Prestige BMW ,the first was from their EBay site . I am located a good distance from the dealership so i would not have returned if the first experence was BMW ,the first was from their EBay site . They had a large inventory of the model i was looking for and the experence could not have been better ! I don't like to over use this phrase but Prestige has "exceeded my expiations" for a used car purchase !! More

After owning four BMWs, I found driving the Mercedes Benz boring. I then purchased a CPO 530i from another dealership a year and a half ago. Upon seeing the new body style of the Z4, I was interested in purchasing one, and returned to the above dealership. I found the sales reps very unresponsive and disinterested. This experience led me back to Prestige; where I was fortunate to have met Client Advisor Eddie Mayorga. Without being pushy, Eddie gave me space and time to think about the different models he showed me. Given my special medical circumstances, Eddie was kind enough to give me his cell phone number in case I needed to call him on off hours. He was instrumental in creating a deal with Dave Birkenstock, which I felt was fair for all parties.
