The first time I visited the dealership, Ruben apologized for not attending to me right away and then offered me lunch since they had some sandwiches in the back - I declined because I wasn't hungry. As we talked about the car, Ruben was very friendly and applied no pressure. What sold me on the car (328xi) was when I went for the test drive and he suggested we go off the highway and take some back roads that included a windy, hilly road. That was a different experience than most sales people offer. We couldn't on a price that day but Ruben made sure to follow up until I came back to the showroom about three weeks or a month later. Ruben worked with me and his manager to arrive very close to the price I wanted to pay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience dealing with Ruben. The general atmosphere of the dealership was also very good. More
After searching several months for a BMW 645ci Convertible I came across a listing at Prestige BMW. Not only did they respond to my email immediately but Anthony Polisena followed up by calling m Convertible I came across a listing at Prestige BMW. Not only did they respond to my email immediately but Anthony Polisena followed up by calling me to inform me about another potential model that met my needs. The vehicle was competitively priced and everything I spent months looking for. These guys are pro's and not in the art of false advertising. Anthony answered all my questions professionally and most importantly honestly. I commuted to several dealerships before Prestige and was lied to about the condition of the vehicles. Not only was Anthony waiting for me at the exact agreed upon appointment time but he also had the keys in his hand ready for me to take the vehicle for a test drive. Anthony explained the benefits of a CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) BMW and made me feel like I was really being taken care of. With his help I was able to drive the car home the same day fully loaded and detailed. He even saved me a few $$$ on car insurance be recommending I check out another policy. His manager Michael Morganstein was also on hand accommodating any requests I had. I also must note that I waited several weeks before writing this review to determine the sincerity of Prestige's customer service. Not only have they followed up to make sure everything was ok with the vehicle but Anthony still accepts my calls and helps me with any questions I still have. Its nice to know that you can rely on a sales person even AFTER they've made a sale. Jim Reid contacted me immediately after I called Anthony about installing an iPod interface for the iDrive system in the 645ci and scheduled me in the same week to have it installed. Customer service is a real important part of the luxury mobile market and I think more dealerships should take a page from Prestige and Anthony. More

It wasn't long before I too was looking to get in a BMW, of course we contacted Mike to assist us. Mike helped me find the perfect car, with just the right options and a price that worked; yes, a car salesman helped me receive a price that worked! I felt 100% comfortable working out a deal with Mike; even if I called 10 times, changed the car I was looking at 20 times and then completely changed the color & options, Mike was still willing to price out each car, each way, and take the time to explain the options to us. Most importantly Mike knew how be aggressive yet to talk to us as people, friends AND customers. Michael Tornatore is absolutely an asset to Prestige BMW and should be acknowledged for his outstanding level of customer service. I had stopped by the dealership on a Thursday night after Mike had left and spoke to another salesman, Mr. Samir Youseff, who was just as helpful and patient. It is very obvious to a customer when a dealership is full of salesmen working to just sell a car; as opposed to working together to serve a customer to the best of the dealership's ability. Well I decided to trade my Lexus IS 250 AWD in for a BMW.. Primarily because I was a bit over on my mileage. I shopped around at a few dealers but decided on Prestige based on an Ad they had for the 328 BMW.. Primarily because I was a bit over on my mileage. I shopped around at a few dealers but decided on Prestige based on an Ad they had for the 328i Coupe I purchased. When I got to the dealer I was promptly greated and introduced to Freddy. I was extremely pleased when Freddy did not try any high pressure tactics. He asked how much did I want to put down and what was a comfortable payment. To say the least not once was I asked for more money down, they were very fair on my trade in and and fought with BMW financial to get me a Tier Bump to the lowest financial terms possible (2.9 for 60 months). Unfortunately I am bad with names but the finance manager and general manager were very pleasant as well. To be honest I was surprised by the excellent treatment I received mostly in part because I was buying pre-owned and not new. When I purchased my Lexus IS from Prestige as well they treated me with white gloves. I can honestly say that BMW has matched my previous buying experience which speaks volumes for Prestige in general. Sincerely, Izzy More

My experience with Prestige was great. From my sales person Freddy Benitez and his partner Eddy Jones, they could not have been more courteous or professional. I received a very fair price for my trade and good price on the car I purchased. A small past service problem came to my attention after I entered into the contract;the sales manager Michael Morganstein stepped in to explain what had been repaired on the car, which was fully covered under warranty,and then allowed me to take it home prior to purchasing it to see if I was comfortable with the car. I felt that they would have allowed me to walk away from the deal if I was not satisified the next day. I was and, purchased the car with no concerns. This was my first experience with Prestige. I may sound like a shill for this dealership, but in fact I am a CPA who has had far to many bad experiences in the past with unscrupulous dealers and am relieved to finally find one capable of treating customers with respect, and dealing with them fairly.. More
