From our first conversation on the phone, I knew Lori was not the typical pushy car saleswoman. She was so kind, positive, and helpful. I would recommend her and Prestige to anyone who is looking to buy a BMW. When I went to pick up the car, Lori sat with me for a good 45 minutes showing me how to use all the features of the car. She helped me set up my bluetooth, program my radio, etc. She even called me a few days later to see how things were going and if I had any questions. Today I went in to pick up my plates and Amanda was at the front desk. I had never met her before but she was so friendly and sincerely interested in hearing what I thought of the new car. My experience at Prestige was truly above and beyond and I look forward to doing business with them in the future. More
