Freddy did a great job in matching our needs with a 2009 Honda Civic EX coupe. He understood our budgetary constraints (college tuition payments really limit the amount you can spend on a new car!) and wor Honda Civic EX coupe. I purchased a 2008 BMW 750LI CPO. I dealt with multiple dealerships and must say Freddy offered the best price, was easy to deal with and was very patient. Even when searching for a loan provider to finan dealerships and must say Freddy offered the best price, was easy to deal with and was very patient. Even when searching for a loan provider to finance a portion of the cost, him and his finance individual offered much assistance and searched thoroughly. He even suggested cheaper insurance rates which shows there is more knowledge than just cars alone. A relationship should exist beyond just at point of sale. As am I in the Finance world and deal with clients, I know how valuable it is to make a sale and retain that relationship even after the fact as it can create further opportunities. With that being said, I already recommended a fellow colleague who also purchased a vehicle from Prestige BMW. My expectation for the relationship after the point of the sale is the same, to be excellent as I surely will be back for services to my car. Thanks. More

BMW speaks for itself and doesn't need much of a selling presentation. I already knew I wanted my family's first "family car" to be a 3 series sedan, although admittedly my wife wanted to visit Audi th presentation. I already knew I wanted my family's first "family car" to be a 3 series sedan, although admittedly my wife wanted to visit Audi the next day. Joe was very prompt and courteous. He didn't fail to ask us if we wanted anything to drink, or whether we wanted to sit in the 335 coupe with the M3 short-gearshift (which we did quite happily!), or whether we thought it would be wise to get a 335 or a 328 (we went with the latter more financially savvy and less torque-y decision). He was on his toes and apologized any time he had to leave our sight or help someone else. He had a good nervous energy in that he seemed like he was always trying to please us and make us happy. It helped that he drove a 328 himself and we were able to learn from his experiences. He was excellent to us on the test drive as well. The day we bought the car went very well. Joe was at our attention any time throughout the actual dealings with the financial advisor. Basically I have no criticisms of Joe and only praise. He did a great job and continues to do so as we continue to bug him about upgrades and other accessories. More

I must say, I really didn't know much about BMW's until I spoke to him. I asked him a lot of questions and was surprised at how much he knew. He answered each one of my questions in a kind tone and patiently waited for me to respond. I felt that he was really listening to me and talking to me as a friend. I didn't get the high pressure sale like other dealerships. He made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend him to my friends. He's a true gentlemen and asset to BMW. More
