BMW of Ramsey

This is the second BMW I have now leased from Lori. She provides a level of comfort and client service (working through car options, orientation with new vehicle, navigation through the delaership - servic provides a level of comfort and client service (working through car options, orientation with new vehicle, navigation through the delaership - service, lease return, etc) that I consider essential in the car selling business as a differentiator. This time around, our process was complicated as we were retunring a current lease early, having some body work done, and purchasing a new vehicle - she helped that whole process through with little issue. We have recommended her to others and will no doubt come back in 3 years. Shawn Crimmins helped us in the paperwork - very knowledgeable in our deal (had prepared), was in synch with the agreements we had with Lori, explained all options and the process thoroughly, and made us feel comfortable. Nice addition to the team. I really have felt that making a customer happy is truly a priority at Prestige BMW. More

In this particular case she resolved a dilema in what I thought was going to be a disaster.....she saved me money, took care of the problem, overextended herself and now have a new 2011 BMW! Which convienantly was transacted through a phone call. We own 2 BMW's and after our son graduated from UMASS in 2009 he stayed there and wanted to eventually get a BMW for himself. He had been checking for awhile and when the car he was looking for appeared at 2009 he stayed there and wanted to eventually get a BMW for himself. He had been checking for awhile and when the car he was looking for appeared at Prestige, he called me for some assistance in that it was going to be more than he had oiginally planned to spend. I called and spoke to Freddy Benitez and it was like I had been dealing with him for years. He went over pricing and worked out a great deal for my son. He took the initiative on helping set up the additional financing with the bank. He kept us informed of what was going on at all times. My son came down from Massachusetts and we met him there to take his other car home with us. It was a Friday night and getting late, but, that didn't seem to bother Freddy and the finance manager who went over the financing with my son. I have bought a few cars in my life and would recommend Freddy and this dealership to anyone considering buying a BMW. Its worth a shot to give them a chance. She quickly and nicely answered my questions, gave me all of the information that I asked for about the vehicle I was interested in, and promptly gave me a fair price on a 3 year lease. After BMW rolled out a lease special, she immediately looked into the lower rate and was able to reduce my lease price per month. This was much appreciated and something that did not cause me any stress or hassle. Upon the arrival of my car, Lori Asserson called me immediately, and we set up a time for pickup that was convenient for me, not her. She helped me through the signing of the car, she gave me an extra long tour of the new car, and she even stayed way past the closing of the dealership to answer all of my questions.
