BMW claims they build a driving machine. Well, I can attest to the fact they also have a selling machine at Prestige BMW in Ramsey, NJ. From the day I walked into the establishment I received first class treatment with no pressure. A few weeks later I returned with some technical questions and each of the team I mentioned above went to work to get timely answers. I subsequently ordered a new 750 which was delivered exactly to specifications. Quality service did not stop there as happens at many dealerships after you take delivery. I have been back several times in need of assistance and these men continue to perform as though I were a new prospect. When this lease is up in 3 years I will definitley go back to Prestige BMW and speak with Lori once again about another new vehicle.
