My sales rep, Lori Asserson, is the main reason I returned to Prestige BMW for my second 3 series car. I feel confident that she will put me in the car that is right for me and at the price that my returned to Prestige BMW for my second 3 series car. I feel confident that she will put me in the car that is right for me and at the price that my budget can comfortably handle. Her knowledge of the vehicles, financing structures, and friendly ways made me come back to her when my lease was up on my last car. Truthfully, I would not consider buying a car from anyone other than her. I have recommended BMW and Lori to both friends and family members. More

Overall experience was excellent and open issues were resolved quickly. The Sales rep (David Hong) was very knowledgeable and helped to quickly resolve any issues and get me answers to my questions. This is the second BMW I have now leased from Lori. She provides a level of comfort and client service (working through car options, orientation with new vehicle, navigation through the delaership - servic provides a level of comfort and client service (working through car options, orientation with new vehicle, navigation through the delaership - service, lease return, etc) that I consider essential in the car selling business as a differentiator. This time around, our process was complicated as we were retunring a current lease early, having some body work done, and purchasing a new vehicle - she helped that whole process through with little issue. We have recommended her to others and will no doubt come back in 3 years. Shawn Crimmins helped us in the paperwork - very knowledgeable in our deal (had prepared), was in synch with the agreements we had with Lori, explained all options and the process thoroughly, and made us feel comfortable. Nice addition to the team. I really have felt that making a customer happy is truly a priority at Prestige BMW. More

In this particular case she resolved a dilema in what I thought was going to be a disaster.....she saved me money, took care of the problem, overextended herself and now have a new 2011 BMW! Which convienantly was transacted through a phone call. I trust her and the entire Prestige Team to ensure that we get the best deal and service, including Tony, who for years has also been there for us.
