We had a sudden problem and called Keith De Young at 6pm on a Thursday. By 9:30am Friday morning, with the help of Anna-Marie and Magee in service, the entire problem was resolved. From the day I walked into the establishment I received first class treatment with no pressure. A few weeks later I returned with some technical questions and each of the team I mentioned above went to work to get timely answers. I subsequently ordered a new 750 which was delivered exactly to specifications. Quality service did not stop there as happens at many dealerships after you take delivery. I have been back several times in need of assistance and these men continue to perform as though I were a new prospect.
