Three years ago I leased a BMW from Lori Asserson. She was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. During the term I had reason to visit the service department for scheduled service. I have been an avid BMW enthusiast for many years and have had quite a few. I never purchased from Prestige in the past due to it being rather far from my home. However I came up one day to see the new building they built and spent some time with David discussing different cars. He's the first salesman that knew more than I did about BMWs! I wasn't ready to buy that day but got very excited about getting a new car. When I came back for an appointment with Dave, he wasn't pushy at all and was able to lay everything out clearly with the help of his manager Keith. Everything was pleasant and easy, and he taught me how to use features on the car that I actually had on my previous vehicle but never knew about! All said and done, it was the best dealership experience ever! Keep up the great work guys. More

After searching for a dealer I would be happy with, I have finally found Prestige BMW and Lori Asserson. I cannot see myself dealing with any other dealer or person ever again. Rich Marcus was very instrumental in helping me chose my new 528I. I was thinking of getting a Lexus, but Rich pointed out that the 2011 528I was a new design and was much different from my 2008 model, whi new 528I.
