All of our needs and concerns were addressed, phone calls promptly returned, continuous updates on car delivery status (as we needed it by a certain date),no unexpected costs and beautiful showroom...etc. Lori spent so much time with us when we picked up the car explaining all of the features and operations. David was personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and it's fair to say that without meeting David the first day I saw and drove the car; I probably would not have returned to Prestige. The excellent treatment did not end with the sale of the vehicle. I have been back several times for either questions or for service. In each case, David has ensured that I was treated as if I had been part of the Prestige family for years. In general, I find the entire staff courteous, helpful, and friendly. This is the best BMW dealership in New Jersey, no one can beat their deals. Really go out of their way to keep a customer satisfied. I have been an avid BMW enthusiast for many years and have had quite a few. I never purchased from Prestige in the past due to it being rather far from my home. However I came up one day to see the new b have had quite a few. I never purchased from Prestige in the past due to it being rather far from my home. However I came up one day to see the new building they built and spent some time with David discussing different cars. He's the first salesman that knew more than I did about BMWs! I wasn't ready to buy that day but got very excited about getting a new car. When I came back for an appointment with Dave, he wasn't pushy at all and was able to lay everything out clearly with the help of his manager Keith. Everything was pleasant and easy, and he taught me how to use features on the car that I actually had on my previous vehicle but never knew about!
