She did not try to sell me anything that I didn't need and kept the whole experience extremely low pressure while getting me the best possible deal she could. Whenever I called her with a question she responded within minutes and went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable in my car the day of delivery. I have never had quite the experience that I had at Prestige BMW. Mr. Beltrie's personality and warmth is to be envied. In but 30 or so minutes I had the feeling that I had known him all my life; and, Prestige BMW. Mr. Beltrie's personality and warmth is to be envied. With Mr DeYoung's help the negotiations for my lease terms were almost effortless. Rallye BMW is just minutes from home; and, rest assure, if not for Messrs. Beltrie and DeYoung I most likely would have dealt with Rallye BMW with the latter being the antithesis of the former. I've already recommended Prestige BMW to two of my partners. My husband and I purchased 2 certified pre-owned vehicles from Prestige. Our first purchase my husbands 2006 BMW 550i, which he adores. On Saturday, October 23 Frank made my dreams come true when I purchased a 2007 BMW X5 3.0si. We visited Frank twice before picking up the truck. Each time he was professional, courteous and a "true" businessman. He explained everything in detail and made us feel very comfortable. Our first and second visit we had our two year old son and I was suprised how accomodating the entire staff was in allowing this little two year old terror to play inside their vehicles. By the time I made my purchase I felt like I knew Frank for years! It was such a pleasure to deal with him. He is a great guy and I wouldn't be surprised if he could walk on water. They are other BMW dealerships out there, but there is only 1 PRESTIGE! More

dealer tI was looking for a used vehicle on line and saw that your place had exactly what I was looking for. I spoke with the wice, once at around 930am and then again at 11am and was reassured that the ve that your place had exactly what I was looking for. I spoke with the wice, once at around 930am and then again at 11am and was reassured that the vehicle was not sold. I live over 60 miles away from your place. It took me over 1 hour to get there. I waited over 1 hour to get help because the dealer was helping someone else. After they were done with that customer, they told me they sold the car. The disappointment was tremendous. I did buy another vehicle but the feeling was not the same. I just settled for the car I bought because I came so far. I know the dealer really didn't care. The only thing that is important is that they make their sale. I was mislead about the warranty, when there is none and then to add to insult I find out I have a vehicle with no manual. Maybe these things don't seem important to them, but they are to me. The dealer would have been better to deal with if there wasn't so much dishonesty going on. I should have been told when I called initially that they could not hold onto the car until I got there, instead I was told they put the key aside for me. Even though the dealer tried to be nice, the damage was done. He tried to constantly persuad me about the car I purchased. It didn't matter how I felt. It is always about money and making the sale. I have many friends and family in your area that drive BMW and would have recommended your place if it wasn't for this negative experience More
I was "stopping by" the Prestige BMW dealership on a Thursday night at around 5pm and I was patiently waiting to speak with a sales associate after being greeted by a friendly receptionist. That is when I met Ruben. I ended up buying a Pre-owned 535Xi from Ruben after about 4 visits... Ruben was first class, friendly, patient, helpful, and consultative. I felt like I was buying a car from my favorite uncle. Why did I go back four times? Ruben wanted me to be happy with my purchase. He never pushed me to "buy today". He could sense that I was not entirely sure what I wanted. This is how buying a car should be. Great coffee and a courteous staff too! I look forward to coming back for my first service! By the way...I later found out that Ruben was on his way home, with keys in hand, on that first Thursday. He saw me waiting and didn't want me to have to wait. Thanks Ruben! More

I picked up my 2011 X5 5.0 tonight from Lori Asserson. This is the 12th or 13th car that I have purchased through Lori since the 90's. Over the years I and my family have gotten to know and respect her o This is the 12th or 13th car that I have purchased through Lori since the 90's. Over the years I and my family have gotten to know and respect her over the years. I look over a car, tell her what I want and the deal is made. No questions. Period. I have gone to other dealerships to see the prices they offer and after bargaining with them, I return to Lori and am given a price within dollars of their offer! I wouldn't even consider working with anyone else. She is there for my needs even after I take delivery of the car. If I have ever needed something done on the cars, I have gone to her and she takes care of it. I would give her a 200% rating if I could. The service staff is also excellent. I usually can call for an appointment and I am given one thats fits my schedule. Usually I need one at the last minute. With them, it never seems to matter. They take my car right away, offer a loaner if I need one and I usually get the car back, fixed properly the FIRST time, the same day.I don't think there are many dealorships as fine as this one. More
