She made me feel relaxed and not at all apprehensive which is a great thing for all of you who have returned vehicles on lease. Very professional with a down to earth and friendly manner. Stacey was friendly and informative about the extra options and all the technical lease paperwork which can be a bit overwhelming. She was very helpful with her suggestions and made me feel like she was on my side. What can I say about my salesperson, Lori Asserson. She was at the same time amazing yet simple, creative yet practical, professional and understanding. She was excited almost as much as I was with the finished product. She carefully analyzed all of my needs in a vehicle such as this (a BMW 335xi), and knew all of the things I should order without overloading on anything that was superfluous. She actually got me to order a different color than I usually get (the result was spectacular)and suggested a wood option that was outstanding. I think I have the best looking car on the road!!! Her approach to explaining all the features of the vehicle was so informative, yet relaxing and enjoyable. She picked up on my personality as it related to the car and its features, something that shows the time and care she puts into her work. Thanks for all your efforts, Lori. A special thanks to Manager Mike Morganstein also who took an interest in me and followed up throughout the whole sale and delivery process. And a big thanks to John Bonilla who was my service advisor on my last lease and who I will request for service advisor on this car as well. He is a credit to the service end of the operation which sometimes can be the most trying aspect of the car experience. In 36 months I will be back to this dealership and to its great staff. I was initially looking at another dealership and went to Prestige because they had inventory. I was greeted at the door and introduced to Joe. From start to finish, the experience was first-rate. I highly recommend Joe Atshan as a professional, casual sales person. He made sure all my questions were answered and did everything he could to make sure i was comfortable with the deal - right down to making sure i had a drink and internet access. No pressure, just information. Couldn't ask for more. Joe made me a fan of prestige, and i look forward to similar experiences when I return. More

I did my research and Prestige Matched the lowest price I found, and they gave me a good deal on my trade in. working with the Sales department was stress free, I opted to pick up my BMW at the Performance center in SC;Rich Marcus was on top of everything, he was in constant communication with me and the delivery center in SC to make sure that all was in order prior to my trip, Rich really went out of his way to make sure my trip added to the excitement of owning a new BMW. Rich and keith both called me while I was down at the PC in SC, to make sure all was going well and they followed up once I arrived home to make sure my drive back went well. These guys really know how to give a good customer experience, and from my past dealings with Keith I know that the customer service will not end now that I have finished my purchase....should i have any questions or concerns I am confident knowing that Keith is just is just a phone call away, and since he has a long track record with BMW, he know how to get things done now I get to enjoy my car( the ride back up from SC was a nice way to break it in)....maybe I will add a Z4 convertible in the spring More

This is my first time deciding to purchase a BMW pre-owned. I was actually looking to purchase another brand and walked in to just check out BMW pre-owned. Knowing the car was for myself, Freddy immediately tuned in to that and asked me for my requirements and what I was looking for in a car. He was very helpful and informative about the vehicles. I left without purchasing and later in the week email Freddy a few questions and he responded. I did some research on the internet and called Freddy a week later to come in to do a test drive. Again, he was very polite and courteous and a pleasure to deal with- no pressure. After test driving, I ended up making a decision and worked with Freddy on the price and delivery. Overall it was a wonderful experiece. (I dread buying cars as I really don't like the entire process, but I must say this was painless and wonderful!
