What a difference a few years make! When I first went to this dealer (5 BMW's back), I was met with indifference, a lackadaisical attitude and overall lack of responsiveness. As a result of their attitude, I had gotten my Bimmers elsewhere. On a lark, I returned to look at the new models with no intention of getting a new car from Prestige. WOW - what a change! When I walked in the door, the staff was friendly and attentive. To my surprise, a former sales manager from another dealer tapped my shoulder. It was Keith DeYoung from whom I had gotten other cars. Keith and I discussed options ( new vs.pre-owned, extension of lease, etc) incentives, programs and, when pencil was put to paper, the numbers were such that a new car was the best option. We came to terms. No hassle, no back and forth to a higher up, just a fair and reasonable price. The deal was sealed and my 335xi was ordered. A few weeks later, the car arrived in "Bimmer Heaven" and thereafter loaded onto a ship. Once it arrived in port, it took a week to get the car, but that is no fault of Prestige. Turn in of my old car was simple. Paperwork on the new car was waiting for my signature and features of the new car explained. From arrival with my turn-in to inspection to delivery and explanation of new features to hitting the road in my new car took less than an hour! She couldn't have been more pleasant, helpful and understanding. I told her that I had not been pleased with Prestige BMW with my last service experience and my last lease experience. She seemed genuinely concerned that I was not happy and she promised to turn it around for me. I first asked her to change sales persons and she put me with Freddy Benitez whom she knew would be the right match for me...and he was and more. His demeanor set me at ease right away and I was happy to go ahead and lease a new 328i. He gave me everything I asked for and then some!! What a surprise!! He went above and beyond my expectations and built back my trust with Prestige BMW. I would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a new BMW. Prestige BMW is lucky to have Tiffany and Freddy working for them. More

I just picked up my new 535Xi this weekend and the entire purchase experience was a pleasure. Everything including discussing options, delivery timeframe, trade-in and pricing. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Rich Marcus when I purchased my 2011 X5 on Saturday, December 11, 2010. I was extremely thrilled when I heard that Keith DeYoung was now with Presti Rich Marcus when I purchased my 2011 X5 on Saturday, December 11, 2010. I was extremely thrilled when I heard that Keith DeYoung was now with Prestige BMW in Ramsey. I had previously purchased three BMW from Park Avenue with Keith and when I heard I could receive the same experience I decided to buy from Prestige with Keith as opposed to at Park Avenue. I also in the past had purchased a Mercedes E320 from Prestige in Paramus and knew that I had nothing but a positive experience in my dealings with Prestige and to know that I would be giving the quality of care that I was used to from Keith DeYoung the decision was as easy as that - I did not shop around having quality customer service was more important to me than saving a few dollars. As expected my experience this past weekend couldn't have been more pleasant. Within a couple of hours I left the dealership in a car that I didn't even see because I knew that Keith understood my needs and trusted him that much with my purchase. I just purchased my 4th BMW from Prestige BMW, which is a 2011 335XI, custom build, through client advisor Richard Marcus. This guy really knows the product and has great enthusiasm selling BMW's. I met Rich while I was waiting for my car to be serviced in August 2010, and he just stopped and struck up a conversation with me. Unbenounced to me, about 6 hours later, I brought my wife to the dealership and Rich sold me a 2011 X5. Then in September 2010, I once again visited the dealership, and before I knew it, I was ordering my 335. Curtis Aldershof, the general sales manager, is very outgoing and friendly, and made me very comfortable with everything, along with Keith Deyoung. Any time I visit the dealership, all of the staff there is eager to help and make the visit as pleasant as possible. The service department is first rate and keep me informed every step of the way. I had leased a BMW from another dealership prior to visiting Prestige and I could not believe the difference in every aspect of the process. Rich will sit with you as long as he needs to, to make sure that you feel totally comfortable with the decision. What patience he has. I like to call him to break his chops from time to time, I think it makes him feel important or something...lol. Just kidding Rich. I strongly recommend this dealership to anybody that wants a great sales experience. More
I found my vehicle online and then contacted the dealership to set a deal in Sept. After I picked up the vehicle I noticed there wasn't a manual. I called the Sales Rep immediately and was told she would have one sent down with my plates being I live more than an hour away. I received the plates and my registration with no manual. I called several times to my Sales Rep and never received a call back. I then called and ask to speak with someone else, I believe his name was Keith. He asked for a good contact number and he would call me back. Did I receive that call? NO! I then called back a few days later and shockingly, Amanda, the Sales Rep answered the phone. I introduced myself and asked if she had remembered me. She said yes, why did i call her boss looking for my manual. Like it was my fault. I said I'm sorry you feel like I called your boss but, I called in and asked to speak to someone regarding this manual I never got with the car. She replied well it was sent out via FedEx, you should have it. I said thank you but, it would have been great to get a call back. Recently, I received numerous letters from the financial institution where I financed the vehicle that my title hasn't been received. I called in and spoke with the same gentleman as I did with the manual. He asked for my contact information again. He was speaking to me as if I didn't know the process. I close on Auto Loans daily. I didn't receive a call back. I left several messages and put through a email contact through the website over a 3 week period. It took 2 weeks for me to get an outo response from my internet contact, that stated to expect a prompt response. Are you kidding me? I finally spoke with gentleman Andy. At first he called back when he said he would but, then asked to follow-up with me the next day at a certain time. I didn't get that call. I had to keep calling over and over. After looking at my registration, I had noticed my car was titled with BMW of North America as lien holder when I paid them outright. This is still not resolved. More
I had been searching for the right car for 2 months and came across a car on Autotrader from Prestige BMW. Anthony spend time searching for the car "I" wanted not pushing something that I wouldn't be satisfied with. Not only was he amazing to deal with and an asset to the company, but I was very impressed with the entire staff...from their ameneties to their friendly customer service. They now have a lifetime customer and I would recommend Prestige BMW to anyone who is in the market for a BMW or any luxury car. More

A truly pleasant and memorable experience to be a customer of this dealership. I was returning my existing BMW at lease end and that was as easy a process as could be with Tiffany. She made me feel relaxed and not at all apprehensive which is a great thing for all of you who have returned vehicles on lease. Very professional with a down to earth and friendly manner. Stacey was friendly and informative about the extra options and all the technical lease paperwork which can be a bit overwhelming. She was very helpful with her suggestions and made me feel like she was on my side. What can I say about my salesperson, Lori Asserson. She was at the same time amazing yet simple, creative yet practical, professional and understanding. She was excited almost as much as I was with the finished product. She carefully analyzed all of my needs in a vehicle such as this (a BMW 335xi), and knew all of the things I should order without overloading on anything that was superfluous. She actually got me to order a different color than I usually get (the result was spectacular)and suggested a wood option that was outstanding. I think I have the best looking car on the road!!! Her approach to explaining all the features of the vehicle was so informative, yet relaxing and enjoyable. She picked up on my personality as it related to the car and its features, something that shows the time and care she puts into her work. Thanks for all your efforts, Lori. A special thanks to Manager Mike Morganstein also who took an interest in me and followed up throughout the whole sale and delivery process. And a big thanks to John Bonilla who was my service advisor on my last lease and who I will request for service advisor on this car as well. He is a credit to the service end of the operation which sometimes can be the most trying aspect of the car experience. In 36 months I will be back to this dealership and to its great staff.
