BEWARE!!!!!! I was one of those guys who purchased a car BEWARE!!!!!! I was one of those guys who purchased a car in October of 2010 because of supposedly a good promotion. I picked the first three months BEWARE!!!!!! I was one of those guys who purchased a car in October of 2010 because of supposedly a good promotion. I picked the first three months payment credit. Guess what?!!! A month later I got the bill. Mr Sean Holmes told me before I signed the contract that I might get a bill but should this happen just call him and he will settle the problem. So I did call Mr Holmes several times... left voicemail several times but never got a call back. When I finally get the chance to speak to Mr Homes, his response was "I will deal with this first thing tomorrow" Such an awful customer service!!! Spend more than two months making phone call to resolve the issue. Worse, the collection company called me yesterday for not making payments. So now I have to make the last three months payment while waiting for a miracle to happen. Beware!!!! More
I had been thinking about getting the new 550xi when it came out and went to a couple of different dealerships. At two dealerships It was like a car buyers nightmare. Took my license and never gave it back as well as the keys to my trade in. I had to ask for the manager to come out so I could get my personal belongings. I almost gave up my search until I made my final stop at Prestige. This was a Saturday so it was quite busy and I was told there may be a wait. This was not to bad as the young lady at the front desk, I believe her name was Clarissa, was quite charming and pointed me in the direction of their cafe. A few moments later, Keith Jaehnert stopped by, told me he was just finishing up with a customer and would be with me shortly. Simple gestures like this make a great first impression! It only got better as Keith came by, showed me around their brand new dealership, got my information and we took a test drive. BTW- he took my license but gave it back as soon as he had made a copy. To make a long story short. I loved the 550, they gave me a very fair trade value on my car and a fair price on the 550xi.. Keith did not go back and forth to the "hidden" manager numerous times, we just discussed the price between the two of us, he came back from his manager pretty quickly with numbers I liked and I was driving my new 5 series that day. I would recommend Prestige BMW to anyone who is looking for a BMW and be sure to ask for Keith Jaehnert as he was as professional as anyone I have ever met in a car dealership. More
We traveled from New York to northern New Jersey to once again (our 4th BMW) to deal with Lori Asserson. While there are several closer dealerships, we cannot speak higly enough about Lori - she is simply again (our 4th BMW) to deal with Lori Asserson. While there are several closer dealerships, we cannot speak higly enough about Lori - she is simply fantastic: professional, caring, intelligent, patient, and understands the product as well as our needs. We spoke with other salespersons at other dealerships prior to Lori but they fell way short. Her pricing could not be beat and more importantly, she went out of her way to accomodate us with the termination of our current BMW lease. We highly recommend the dealerhip and Lori Asserson is a gem!!! More
Lori Asserson is a phenomenal sales person. She helped my husband with 2 previous BMW lease deals and helped me with my last car lease. This time, I decided to buy my BMW. Lori listened very carefully and got me into the exact car that I was looking for. She is very conscientious and is attentive to details. She made the whole car purchase effortless and pleasant. I had no worries that my car would be exactly what I wanted and ready at pickup time. I had to wait a while for all the processing and Lori kept coming over to check on me, chat with me and see if I needed anything. She is truly a wonderful sales person with lots of experience and is a tremendous asset to the BMW sales team.
