I had been thinking about getting the new 550xi when it came out and went to a couple of different dealerships. At two dealerships It was like a car buyers nightmare. Took my license and never gave it back as well as the keys to my trade in. I had to ask for the manager to come out so I could get my personal belongings. I almost gave up my search until I made my final stop at Prestige. This was a Saturday so it was quite busy and I was told there may be a wait. This was not to bad as the young lady at the front desk, I believe her name was Clarissa, was quite charming and pointed me in the direction of their cafe. A few moments later, Keith Jaehnert stopped by, told me he was just finishing up with a customer and would be with me shortly. Simple gestures like this make a great first impression! It only got better as Keith came by, showed me around their brand new dealership, got my information and we took a test drive. BTW- he took my license but gave it back as soon as he had made a copy. To make a long story short. I loved the 550, they gave me a very fair trade value on my car and a fair price on the 550xi.. Keith did not go back and forth to the "hidden" manager numerous times, we just discussed the price between the two of us, he came back from his manager pretty quickly with numbers I liked and I was driving my new 5 series that day. I would recommend Prestige BMW to anyone who is looking for a BMW and be sure to ask for Keith Jaehnert as he was as professional as anyone I have ever met in a car dealership. More

We traveled from New York to northern New Jersey to once again (our 4th BMW) to deal with Lori Asserson. While there are several closer dealerships, we cannot speak higly enough about Lori - she is simply again (our 4th BMW) to deal with Lori Asserson. Use this dealer you had better check the financing calc's very carefully. They tried to pull a fast one on Euro delivery pricing - and even when called on it refused to acknowledge their deception... I just leased my 3rd BMW X5 from Prestige BMW, and this was by far the best experience I have ever received from a dealership. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, and when I went to pick up my ne was by far the best experience I have ever received from a dealership. What a difference a few years make! When I first went to this dealer (5 BMW's back), I was met with indifference, a lackadaisical attitude and overall lack of responsiveness. As a result of their attitude, this dealer (5 BMW's back), I was met with indifference, a lackadaisical attitude and overall lack of responsiveness. As a result of their attitude, I had gotten my Bimmers elsewhere. On a lark, I returned to look at the new models with no intention of getting a new car from Prestige. WOW - what a change! When I walked in the door, the staff was friendly and attentive. To my surprise, a former sales manager from another dealer tapped my shoulder. It was Keith DeYoung from whom I had gotten other cars. Keith and I discussed options ( new vs.pre-owned, extension of lease, etc) incentives, programs and, when pencil was put to paper, the numbers were such that a new car was the best option. We came to terms. No hassle, no back and forth to a higher up, just a fair and reasonable price. The deal was sealed and my 335xi was ordered. A few weeks later, the car arrived in "Bimmer Heaven" and thereafter loaded onto a ship. Once it arrived in port, it took a week to get the car, but that is no fault of Prestige. Turn in of my old car was simple. Paperwork on the new car was waiting for my signature and features of the new car explained. From arrival with my turn-in to inspection to delivery and explanation of new features to hitting the road in my new car took less than an hour!
