I live in NYC and just happened to find the X5 with the right combination at Prestige. On a very bad traffic day that caused us 3 hours to get to NJ, Frank was very nice waiting for us even when we arrived right combination at Prestige. The car was there, cleaned and nice waiting for us to test drive it. Frank then took us to the main dealership to check out more choices but we were already hooked with the one we were test driving. The car is in like-new condition and spotless. Frank and his manager gave us a deal and now I am a happy new BMW owner!! More

We went in to test a 2011 328ix wagon, which are not easily found. We made an appointment with Joe and, after being very pleasantly greeted by the reception staff. met with him very close to the appoin easily found. Joe was happy to give us a test drive and was very forthcoming about the car. Overall, he was knowledgable and while enthusiastic, never pushy and respected our hesitations. Both he and Curtis were very responsive and patient with us while we mulled over our different financing/leasing options and ran as many different scenarios as we could throw at them. We had a trade-in and feel that they gave us fair value, since we researched it extensively online. The purchase process was very smooth and the finance person (I wish I could remember her name!)was extremely professional and quite pleasant. Joe spent a good amount of time with each of us explaining the functions of the car (there are a lot)! I've purchased many cars and this was one of the most enjoyable, least pressured experiences. He was right! Typically, guys coming in to see expensive high end preowned cars dont get too much attention but I guess these guys see something that most dealers dont. Eventually, I booked my M3 with Ken a few weeks before Christmas and got the delivery promptly by Christmas. Bob D. the finance guy was great and the experience with him was awesome. I got a great price that beat any dealer hands-down by a good margin. In retrospect, I do not regret doing business with Prestige, I believe they have lived upto my expectations so far. It was a good salesmanship that made me refrain from Park Ave BMW and Bloomfleid BMW that are way closer to my place than Prestige. More

The Service Department is a bit difficult to get an actual "person" on the phone, but I credit Mr. Simeon Marcelo for demonstrating the highest level of professionalism. Simeon went far above and beyond for me in helping me fix two recalls with my 335i. He even answered his direct phone when he was not on his regularly scheduled hours. He provided me with the highest level of customer service and courtesy. More
