When my lease is up in 27 months I would fully expect to be looking for another vehicle at Prestige bmw and with my salesperson Anthony Polisena. The manager of the dealership took the time to chat and make me feel right at home even though it was a Saturday, very busy, and as I say I was only buying the " cheapest thing they had ". So it doesn't get any better than this and I only hope that the service department is as good as the sales. I'll be surprised if it isn't. More

I traveled from PA. Saw car on internet good information. Prices seemed more competitive with my expectations and Blue Book than other Dealers. Just over a week ago, I took delivery of my sixth BMW. For the past 13 years, I have had experience with three seperate BMW dealerships and as many sales associates. Of course, they were all good, that's what BMW is all about. I almost always knew what I wanted. Interestingly enough, I learned that a talented and knowledgable sales associate can truly optimize the experience. I have kept in touch with Lori throughout each of my lease terms, seeking her advice and suggestions. When it was time for a new order, I was better prepared and the entire process was executed with precision...every aspect of dealing with Prestige and their competent staff was a pleasure. More

We discussed the price for a little while when we got back to the dealer but I had to leave as I had an appointment to see a house I was looking to buy. Was not interested in the house but was in the car went back and Patrick was ready to speak to me and he also gave me a second test drive with the car! whats not to love not one but two test drives. Prestige gave a very fair trade in price on my 2005 530i and the deal was done as soon as I signed with the finance guy no hard sell on the tire and rim insurance or paint protection which was A first for me. This is my second CPO BMW in three years and I'm sure I will be back buying from mister Watt.Gave out Patrick's number to two friends already, that tells you how happy with the deal I was.Patrick followed up the next week to say did I want my new mats and registration mailed or would I like to stop by. More

I live in NYC and just happened to find the X5 with the right combination at Prestige. On a very bad traffic day that caused us 3 hours to get to NJ, Frank was very nice waiting for us even when we arrived right combination at Prestige. On a very bad traffic day that caused us 3 hours to get to NJ, Frank was very nice waiting for us even when we arrived about 20 minutes before the office was supposed to close. The car was there, cleaned and nice waiting for us to test drive it. Frank then took us to the main dealership to check out more choices but we were already hooked with the one we were test driving. The car is in like-new condition and spotless. Frank and his manager gave us a deal and now I am a happy new BMW owner!! More

The lease was for my son who is attending Medical School in NY. The pricing was extremely competitive and beat every other dealer I had quotes from without having to haggle. Lori made sure that all aspects of the deal were handled from being certain that I understood all charges and line items on the lease, coordinating with my Insurance agent, personally delivering the car after hours to my son and even following up the next morning to be sure that I was satisfied. I would recommend Lori Asserson to anyone who wishes and deserves to receive the best auto buying experience available. More
