Stopped by Prestige Pre-Owned looking for a small SUV for my daughter based on a different make in the lot. Sat with Frank and reviewed the available vehicles in my price range. I noticed a X3 just above m my daughter based on a different make in the lot. Sat with Frank and reviewed the available vehicles in my price range. I noticed a X3 just above my range but Frank said might be worth a look -- no pressure whatsoever. Did a test drive and I was hooked. Car has high mileage, but is in immaculate condition, and Frank made sure it was totally reconditioned. Frank gave me a no-haggle price right away and I came away happy. Frank has gone out of his way to make sure everything was perfect, I never felt pressured or rushed, regardless of the time, and he was very professional and responsive. I did not go to Prestige BMW to buy a car. Matter of fact I went there to talk myself out of a BMW and into the Mercedes I had wanted for about a year. When I arrived there I was very skeptical, as I normall I went there to talk myself out of a BMW and into the Mercedes I had wanted for about a year. When I arrived there I was very skeptical, as I normally am of car dealers and was introduced by the pleasant enough front desk girl to a salesman named Jeff Sherman. I asked him a few questions about the 5 series I had come in to discuss. I also was very up front telling him that I really had my heart set on a Mercedes. He smiled, nodded and asked a few questions. He then went on to dissect my purchase decision with surgical like precision all the time engaging me and encouraging me to elaborate on what exactly it was I was looking for in a new car. Without so much as uttering a single negative word about his competition, he went on to explain to me how the BMW would probably be a better choice. Well not really explain, more like state features, benefits and ask questions that lead me to draw my own conclusions. His knowledge of BMW was encyclopedic and I could tell that he truly loved the product he was fortunate enough to be selling me. And in the end, of course, he did sell me but it was more like I sold myself and here I am now selling this wonderful experience to others. Go to Prestige and work with Jeff. I have a feeling that you will be equally as pleased. Oh and the car's nice, too. More

I just purchased my first BMW X3 and am very happy. I have been looking to purchase a vehicle for about one year now where I first met Anthony Polisena. Anthony hung in there with me for all that time while I tried to make the decision to purchase. I felt he really wanted me to be happy with my decision which was so important to me. I did look at other cars with other dealerships, but because of how I felt with my repore with Anthony, I went back to him and I purchased my car. Also, Anthony Morganstein remembered me from that first time a year ago, and he was wonderful and helpful.
