Initially, I thought, the dealership was good and I was treated well, but now if I think back it was just a typical dealership, nothing to be prestigous about. On my BMW, I was given no discount (Even $1) on a $20,182 car. I eventually did get to buy the car for $19,835 (Thanks to the SW updating the price on the car). I think my experience wasnt bad until I drove the car out of the dealership. Seems like once the car is sold, the dealership says GOOD BYE to the customer along with the car. Seems like I need to call 4-5 times/ leave voice mails/ call service dept to actually get a hold of the sales person. I was commited to a 50,000 miles service before driving the car out of the showroom. Also the sales guy agreed to this. In fact, on the day of sale, he also told me that the serivce was done! After I drove the car out, i saw the "get service soon" light on the car. When I called the dealership for a service report as to what was done on the car, the service dept informed to me that the standard 50K service WAS NOT DONE and later the sales person calls me to inform that he never commited to this 50K service and only commited to a standard inspection. IT IS OBVIOUS THAT THE INSPECTION WAS DONE. IT IS PART OF SELLING A CPO. THE SALES GUY DOESNT HAVE TO COMMIT TO THIS. IT IS PART OF THE SALE. Unfortunately, I do not have anything written on this. So it is my word against the sales guys words..... But in my Semiconductor industry, we say "THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT"..... I am surprised how the story was changed on me wrt the service, obviously I dont think Prestige BMW is going to do anything about it anyways but thought I should mention this. I think Prestige BMW should attend to customers even after the sale is done... Is there is a 1 Sentence feedback I have to give it would be that "THE DEALERSHIP SHOULD GIVE SAME IMPORTANCE TO THE CUSTOMER AFTER SELLING THE CAR AS HE GAVE BEFORE SEELING THE CAR AND AT LEAST COMMIT TO WHAT WAS COMMITED TO THE CUSTOMER" From a not so satisfied customer..... We leased a BMW X5 from this dealership three years ago and were exceptionally disappointed with the service so much that we swore that we would never come back. Never say never. He was very timely with his work, and kept me updated as to what was going on throughout the process of purchasing and waiting for the delivery of my BMW. He showed no trouble explaining the different features of the car, and working out the best possible price for me, as opposed to just making a profit. I felt more comfortable and confident purchasing from him than I have with any other dealer I have bought from in the past. Overall, the dealership had a marvelous arrangement of cars and Joseph Atshan was a pleasure to do business with. More

In my book, Prestige BMW has earned an A++ rating. This past Saturday (4/2/11) I stopped in for my 10:30 appointment with Mary Kate. From the moment I walked into the door, the reception from their staff was sincere and comforting. Mary Kate, by far is a dynamic, personal, and honest working Sales client. She undoubtedly went "Above the Call" to ensure that my every minute in their facility was relaxing and meaningful. Mary Kate introduced me to her Sales managers and co-workers as describing me as "The best customer ever". Although my visit was a lengthy one, there was never a dull moment of discomfort. Patience is a virtue. Mary Kate is very knowledgeable about their "Ultimate driving machines", and it shows. Countless times she went out of her way to ensure that my questions were answered and that I was 110% satisfied. Despite the fact that I am a big guy with limited range of motion; Mary was very diligent in her approach to find me the vehicle that I would enjoy and be happy with. That to me, made a world of difference. She not only took the time to keep me comfortable, but she also handled other affairs never missing a beat. Every employee that I encountered responded with the utmost of courtesy and friendliness. Undoubtedly, this was a very unique and pleasant visit for me. I am proud to say that with the help of Mary Kate and her wonderful Sales Manager, Sandy, I am the proud owner of a 2008 BMW 528XI. This is my first BMW, but not my last. All of the staff involved treated me like family. I wish this family nothing but the best of success. This experience for me echoes the old song that says: "One is the loneliest number". Smile. Two separate buildings, staff, and from what I can tell, separate management. This review (which was excellent) is for Pre-Owned. Frank Beltre worked extremely hard to get me in the car I was looking for. The guy is very successful at his line of work and you can see why. I got the impression all of the sales people at prestige are under tight guidelines from BMW corporate and Prestige Pre-Owned to maintain high levels of customer service. A+ Experience. I'm glad that I ended up buying my car here, and glad to have Frank a phone call away if and when I were to have issues with my car or one of my friends is looking to buy an immaculate used car at a great price. Car-hunting was a 4 month endeavor for me. I had very specific criteria (that were changing like the wind) and was having trouble finding the car I was looking for at other dealerships: Low Miles (<25k), 2008 CPO (Which meant I would get better financing), X-Drive, Manual Transmission, Cold-Weather package, particular colors, and of course, the right price. A different dealership in Rockland County, NY had two of exactly what I was looking for. Upon walking out to inspect the cars with sales guy, both cars had trouble starting up and one had an engine knock. I politely thanked the sales guy and left immediately. At another dealership in Westchester, I called the front desk and there were no sales people to help me. No one wanted to take my number to call back. I visited the dealership since I had very specific requirements and was hoping they had what I wanted. The sales guy spent a great deal of time with us but when he didn't have what I wanted, worked real hard to sell me on leasing. I had already run financial models for my driving and car-ownership habits (high-miles, long-term) on leasing and was not interested. Frank found exactly what I was looking for, the car was immaculate, and when the price wasn't what I needed, he was able to negotiate a great price. From the minute I walked in the door to the time I drove off, I could tell that the whole organization has their act together, it's really something else to see a tight ship run like this. BMW is an engineering company that happens to build cars, while Prestige Certified Pre-Owned is a customer service organization that happens to sell cars. More
This is the second purchase I have made at Prestige BMW and my experience both times has been fantastic. Prestige BMW is by far the best BMW dealership in the Tri-State area and I would consider the best i and my experience both times has been fantastic. Prestige BMW is by far the best BMW dealership in the Tri-State area and I would consider the best in North America. They go above and beyond when helping all of their customers. Both times at BMW I dealt with William Martin and he is the reason I came back to purchase another vehicle from Prestige. If it was not for William I would not be in the car I am in today. He is truly a salesman who goes above the call of duty to help any customer. The second salesman Francisco Beltre is the same type of salesman as William. Francisco assisted me on my second sale and he too goes above the call of duty and will help you with your every need. I would recommend both William and Francisco to every person who wants a BMW or any car for that matter. I am from now on a Prestige BMW customer and all of my vehicles will be BMW's for the rest of my life because of my first and second purchase from William along with the assistance of Francisco. I will even be purchasing another vehicle in a couple of months from both of them. More
