I just purchased an x6 from Prestige. I couldn't be happier with the dealership and specifically Lori. I knew the price range and shopped other dealers. Lori was accommodating,available, and fair. The price was the best and she came in with the best rate immediately. There was no typical car haggling nonsense. It was lets get this done mentality. More importantly Lori made me feel important. She gave feedback when I asked and needed it. She is courteous, friendly, and most important not pushy at all. I guess when your great at something you don't have to be. I don't know whether or not to recommend this dealership. I found a nice cpo 2009 328i for a fair price. The car was posted on the official BMW cpo website and eBay. Freddy called very promptly and I was ready to come in to purchase it, but he said the car was not cpo and told me he would call back to confirm. Fast forward 9 hours and a voicemail to his cellphone, still no answer. Not sure what's going on, but I am about to give up and spend my hard earned money else where. Update: He called me back and said the car was sold. I appreciated the update, but was disappointed by how this all occurred. I, instead went to Park Ave BMW and they treated me really well, gave me a great price at an awesome APR and out in time to see my patients in the afternoon..... now that's what I call great service at Park Ave BMW. More

I purchased a 2004 X3 7 years ago from Prestige and was pleased with my experience. Over the years, Prestige has continued to invest and improve upon every aspect of the experience of buying a car and bei pleased with my experience. I went back to Prestige because of that and the fact that my CA Lori Asserson continued to stay in touch with me over the years. She is the consummate professional and a person I trust. Those are two very rare traits in my experience with auto dealerships. I went to two other dealerships closer to my home as I conducted my research to buy a 2012 X5. They simply did not stack up at the dealership or CA level to Prestige and Lori. I would not hesitate in giving my highest recommendation to Lori Asserson and Prestige BMW. More
