My wife and I visited Prestige BMW to inquire about a used Lexus which was advertised on their website. I had spoken with Rich Marcus earlier in the week, and he was prepared for us. He had already gotten answers for all of my questions regarding the condition of the car, the previous owner, service history etc. On first meeting Rich, both my wife and I felt at ease right away. During the entire purchase process, Rich made things totally stress free. It was by far the least stressful, and most pleasant car buying experience that we have ever had - and this with a used car! Rich even brought the car to our mechanic, which was 30 minutes from the dealership! Our mechanic confirmed what Rich had already told us about the car, no surprises. Agreeing on a final price was also straightforward. Both Rich and Andy Fotos (the used car manager), were upfront and easy to deal with. After this experience - I am even inclined to buy a BMW the next time around! Trust, professionalism, honesty, and sincerity describe Rich and our experience with Prestige BMW. More

After checking with a couple of BMW Dealers, price, trade in, listening to me ask tons of questions and if Joe wasn't sure, he rather double check with co-worker before providing the correct information. Seriously, I ask tons of questions and don't want to play games. Service department is very important, considering once I buy the SUV, service department is who I will be providing my car for professional service. Joe introduced me to the Service Manager and he was willing to spend all his time to answer my questions and concerns, not to mention they have updated new service department and high-end technicians. Again Joe and all his manager and co-workers were very professional and listening and answering all my questions, and providing additional information that I was not aware of. Highly recommend Joe and Prestige for all their professional support and future dealing with my new SUV!!! More

I thought this was very professional and one of the reasons I chose Prestige to work with. Minor details that make a customer feel like they are just more then a number. Any other dealership would have just let me fend for myself on my next visit and get the next sales person who was "up". Instead, there was a clean turnover and we never missed a beat. I built the exact car I wanted on my next visit in. Keith Jaehnert was very helpful and went over all the packages with me. He even took the time to give my young daughter a toy to play with to keep her happy. Again, great attention to the customer! thank you. Dan R came in to close down the final price with me and a deal was made. I just picked up my car and it is everything I had hoped it would be!!! Scott C was my finance manager and again, was very helpful in picking out additional coverages that I needed for my new purchase. Keith followed up with me the next day to see if I had any questions and to see how I like my new car! Many thanks to a very professional and yet friendly dealership! More

This is the 4th car I am buying from Prestige BMW and the 3rd for which I deal with Lori Asserson. All jokes apart, I could not be more satisfied by all and each of my visits to Prestige BMW, whether for service or for buying a new car. All these years, I have found in Lori a very attentive, knowledgeable and efficient advisor who came up with the best possible deal (I checked...), never promised anything she was unable to deliver, and always exceeded expectations. Time commitments were adhered to, requests were accomodated, sometimes even after my order was placed. Lori has always gone the extra mile in terms of delivery, paperwork, guidance through the new features and follow-up. Quite unusual nowadays... I also have high regards for the service department (not that I ever had to use it much) but the appointments are kept, the information is precise, the car is delivered on time and the attitude is friendly. All this, plus the palatial new surroundings and facilities, makes the trip from Manhattan well worth while, especially considering that BMW's service and customer handling in Manhattan is the my sore point in the BMW experience. This is our second vehicle from Prestige and in dealing with Lori, and it will not be our last. We live in Connecticut and have a local dealership within a stone's throw of our home , and we did get one vehicle between the two from Prestige referenced above from our local Ct dealer. Our experience there was nothing close to dealing with Lori and Prestige, and consequently we felt it was more then worthwhile to drive the 40 plus miles each way to deal with Lori /Prestige. Prestige has the best price, facilities, and a sales person that does not miss any detail. Returning my previous lease car was extremely easy and the financial paperwork on the new car was ready for us to review and sign in a few easy minutes. The explanation of the vehicle and its controls and systems was handled by Lori in short order, but it was clear that she was willing to spend as much time as required to make us feel comfortable. Lori and Prestige make the entire process efficent, professional, and pleasant. If you want a BMW , in our area, there is no place else to go. In summary , we really enjoy Prestige because its clear that the people there all love the BMW product and all appreciate the BMW customer. More
