At no point did we feel that Joe was trying to “sell us” on a specific car, rather he listened to our preferences and then presented us with many options. My wife and I felt we purchased a great car at a terrific price. Joe was also outstanding after the purchase, explaining to my wife some of the complex features of the car – navigation, entertainment, etc. In short, we would recommend Joe Atshan and Prestige BMW to anybody that is interested in a BMW. When we are ready for a new car, we will call Joe – who acted an “advisor” and not a “saleman”!!! More

When the first car we looked at this dealership didn't work out, client advisor Mary Kate took her time to present a list of other cars they have in stock that we might be interested in which some of them are located at another location but she was very accomodating and offered that if we want to look at any of them, she can just have the cars be brought over to where we are so we wouldn't have to drive to the other location. The day we decided to come back to look at another car, got Mary Kate on the phone but she just left the office, she didn't tell us to just come back the next day, but instead, she referred another client advisor whom she confidently reassured us that can help us that same day. The moment we walked in and asked for Frank, he welcomed us with the biggest and friendliest smile! And as soon as we told him which car we wanted to look at, he made sure he covered the history and the most essential information that we needed to know about the car. He was so prepared to go above and beyond for the customer and what his job calls for. Not only that he did his best to get us the best deal and price but also the best rate for the financing. From the sales department, to finance department, and even the manager, they provided 100% customer satisfaction, by far the best car buying experience we've had. They treat you like a family. This dealership puts you at ease and provides a very comforting and honest car buying experience. -two thumbs up!!! More

Lori Asserson, my sales rep, really sets the standard by which all car sales persons should be measured. She stays in touch to make sure that there are no negative issues with the vehicle, and advises me if there are special pricing programs being run that may be of interest. When working out a purchase or lease with her, the pricing that I get is always very competitive with never an attempt to oversell and no pressure to "leave a deposit now". When I am ready, she is ready. She has always been most helpful in her suggestions regarding color, equipment and, on delivery, personalized settings for the vehicle. The service department, likewise, is always accommodating (Paul) my assigned service rep has never disappointed me and always goes the extra mile to make sure my vehicle is operating properly. These folks clearly understand the culture of high level customer service. They get my recommendation any time. More

They helped us to make an educated decision on which car was the best fit for our family. They did not push the more expensive car but instead really discussed all cars objectively. All paperwork was completed quickly with all of our questions answered thoroughly. We would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or preowned car. More

From there our experience at Prestige just kept getting better. Rich Marcus answered ALL of our questions in regard to the 2012 X5 and then some! His BMW knowledge and enthusiasm were amazing. Who needs an owner's manual when you have Rich! We walked into Prestige to browse a bit and about a week later have a beautiful 2012 X5 sitting in our driveway.....all thanks to Rich! Rich exhibits the kind of customer service you just don't see much of these days! He never made us feel pressured, worked with us until we were happy and went above and beyond the duties of a client advisor. We would highly recommend anyone looking to lease/purchase a BMW to go see Rich....he really is a cut above the rest! This is our 4th BMW....3 previous leases with another Jersey dealership and now a purchase from Prestige.
