I give this dealership my utmost recommendation, specifically, Michael Morganstein and Richard Marcus. I came to these guys with somewhat of a quirky situation in that my credit was less than stellar and I was way over the miles on my previous BMW lease. Both Michael and Richard were able to think outside the box and get the deal done for me on a new vehicle, which I love. This is the second BMW I have gotten from these guys and I live in South Florida. I had driven the previous vehicle down after flying up to finalize the deal. On this ocassion, due to time constraints, I was not able to fly up and pick up the car personally. Mike and Rich were able to promptly secure transport for my new vehicle and it was delivered to my doorstep in South Florida in 48 hours...enough said. More

We had such a great experience purchaasing our BMW at Prestige because of Lori Asserson. OK, I just want to be clear that my salesperson was very friendly and helpful but what I witnessed of this Mike Morganstein was enough to turn my stomach. I grew up in Mahwah and have always admired Prestig friendly and helpful but what I witnessed of this Mike Morganstein was enough to turn my stomach. I grew up in Mahwah and have always admired Prestige BMW and looked forward to the time that I could walk in there and buy my first BMW. I was greeted nicely by the receptionists and by a very nice salesman. Started out wonderful. The offered me coffee, juice, snack, whatever I wanted. Facility is wonderful. I was looking to get an X3 and my sales person could not have been more informative, nice and helpful. He walked me around the vehicle and we took a test drive. We came in to work out a price and that is where things got ugly. We sat at a desk that is right behind the reception area(i found out the eye opening way that this is also right next to the "sales managers" office as well. I expected to have to haggle. But I also told my sales person that I would prefer not to go through all the back and forth 50 times either. I had done my homework and since this was a purchase, I had a very good idea what I could get the X3 for. I offered $500 over invoice(edmunds). The sales person did at least try to get more from me but as I told him(someone will give me this deal and we can just get it done today, my shopping would be over and they would have a nice clean sale). He smiled and went into the sales office. This is when I heard a gentleman in the office start berating this salesman (pretty loud) told him how to sell to a girl and told him it should be easy to get more money from me and if I didn't want to pay it then I was obviously cheap. Salesman comes out with a smile(don't know how he did it) and counters with a price that was $1800 over invoice telling me that it is the hardest vehicle in america to buy. I looked at him and told him(I heard the entire conversation). He went red and told me that I got the luck of the bad draw on managers. I asked him the manager name(Mike Morganstien) and said if he thinks I am just a dumb cheap chick, he can come out and tell me himself. I gave him a last chance with the same offer of $500 over invoice- take it or leave it. Goes back in, he does not tell manager I can hear the conversation and says I am still on the same price. Again, he jumps all over the sales person. Tells him to tell me to that I may just not be a Prestige buyer...Guess what, he was right. I found out that I am a Park Avenue Buyer! Would never go to Prestige again unless they fired this swarthy pig named Mike Morganstirn. For some reason, this review is not being posted on dealerrater...this is very upsetting and I am just going to put it up again. More

I went into the dealership to discuss trading in my car towards a new or pre owned vehicle. It was not hard to find a car I liked when you have 400 vehicles in your inventory! The best part of my experience was never feeling like someone was trying to sell me something. I work in sales and hate nothing more than something pushing a product on me. If you are good at sales you know when it's the right time to ask for the business. Lori and mike were patient with me and truly guided me on my decision and did not force me into a car that was not right for me. Price and selection are great at prestige but me as a consumer would pay more at this dealer even if they were not the cheapest guy on the block because of the way they treat their clients. Kudos to BMW for finding two exceptional people to represent their product. More

The experience with Prestige from the start was first class and the team of Jeff Sherman, Keith DeYoung, Curtis Aldershof and Michael Morganstern was great. Jeff was our main salesperson.WIth a friendly, humorous personality, he made us feel comfortable in our experience which led to us purchasing our vehicle quickly. The team showed patience with us through the process including putting up with our 10 and 12 year old childeren who joined us in the process. Even though we were buying a certified pre-owned vehicle, the team treated us as though we were buying a $100,000 new car. Keith and Michael supported Jeff through the process and all made us feel special. I highly recommend Prestige and the team of Jeff,Keith, Curtis and Michael. More

Not only is the Prestige BMW dealership beautiful, it is filled with numerous employees that are willi kind, but in this instance I feel I have to. (and they did, on all levels) I must say Mike Morgenstein more than delivered on his promise, Jeff Sherman was an absolute pleasure and full of BMW knowledge and total brand awareness, which made my purchase very easy and enjoyable. To top off the experience, I had the pleasure of dealing with Bob Digiacomo, my finance advisor. Bob made this transaction flawless. So easy to talk to, explained everything to the last detail, and answered any and all questions that I had, no rush, even chatted for awhile, very personable and friendly. Bob went above and beyond to complete my first BMW experience. All of the above factors prompted me to write this review of my experience at Prestige BMW. Let’s face it. Once you decide you’re getting a BMW, you have little to worry about. There’s a BMW dealer on every corner and they’ve all got good lattes and great living rooms. But if you’re easily impressed by the bells and whistles, you may have chosen the wrong car. I left my last BMW dealership to come to Prestige for one very good reason: Lori Asserson. She is my dealer, she is my advisor, she is my auto interior decorator, she is… my friend! There, I’ve said it. Who ever thought you’d make a friend at an auto dealership?! This gal is a true tour de force with a normal warp speed of a bullet train. She loves cars, she’s a real “driver” and she knows how to style a car! Forget the latte and give me horsepower. In fact, give me a sales expert like Lori Asserson any time!! And let’s not forget their Service Department. Ryan Donnelly rocks!! More
