Cindy Ryerson was referred to me by Craig Westbrook. She put me in touch with Curtis, GM of BMW. He sent Keith, Mgr to help me with my decisions. Keith was very helpful and really knew his products well. He looked at my 2005 trade-in, verified what I wanted and quickly came up with a number for the purchase of a new 2012 X3. He answered all my questions and knew what I was looking for. He arranged a test drive of a 2012 X3. with Rich Marcus. Rich's knowledge and enthusiasm of the motor, options and performance of this great car was infectious! I really liked the test drive. It was very different from the 2005 X3. He pointed out some of the changes including the easy to use navigation system. Keith met with me again when I returned from the test drive. We agreed on a price. Rich wrote up the contract. It went very well and was a good experience for me. I, too, am a salesman and I admire the expertise of these men in their fields. Keith was wonderful to meet with and a fine person too. Rich complimented him and finished the details and hopefully will be teaching me how to use this car to its potential. I commend you on having such fine people working for you.
