This was my first new car purchase/lease experience, and will certainly not be my last with Prestige BMW. From the second I walked in the door I was greeted and served by a staff that can visually define pr will certainly not be my last with Prestige BMW. I had the pleasure of dealing with Joe as my client advisor with whom I was immediately impressed by his knowledge and understanding of the vehicles presented. Throughout the process of leasing this car Joe was attentive, responsive, and accommodating to my requests. Joe's integrity and competence are characteristics that should be commended, and illustrate, in my opinion, a motivated personality and a respect for his profession. As an individual in a sales oriented career I understand the incentive base of this profession and the reward as a result. With that said Joe was very respectful with my apprehensions and respectful with my concerns. Rather than pushing and selling me on a car that was near my desire, Joe took his time and dug up the exact car that I wanted. Once Joe found the exact car I wanted, at my request, he ran several different financing scenarios for me without hesitation or struggle (and when I say many scenarios, I mean ALOT). Again, Joe was very accommodating to my needs and made certain I was absolutely comfortable with my final decision. Through the process a trade in was also considered, which was the highlight of my experience. Joe asked me what I was looking to get for my previous car, I gave him a number, and he came back with a number that was fair market value. My reason for sharing this is, the number Joe came back with was higher than what I originally mentioned, which in my opinion exemplifies a sense of integrity and a level honesty I do not believe present in much of the automobile industry today. Not only will I be returning to Joe for my next lease/purchase, but I highly recommend any individual considering a BMW to seek Joe's direction, and the professional and courteous service of the Prestige BMW team. More

We just leased another car from Lori and completely enjoyed the experience. I started looking for a new car in October. I looked at various models; Range Rover Evoque, Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit, Mer enjoyed the experience. I started looking for a new car in October. I looked at various models; Range Rover Evoque, Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit, Mercedes ML350, and Ford Explorer. After being disappointed with the products and/or level of professionalism I gave Lori a call. We had worked with her previously on four other lease deals. After months of wasted time it quickly became clear that this is where we should have been all along. Within two days we had settled on a model, worked out a lease, and just waited for the vehicle to be delivered. You can spend a lot of time, as I did, with people primarily interested in making a sell or you can call Lori and work with someone who truly makes a connection with her clients. Lori and the people at Prestige have treated us very well over the years. I am confident your experience will be the same. More
Prestige BMW is not the closest BMW dealership to our home, but we chose this dealership because their salesman Luis was very professional, and most importantly, we knew he wanted the sale, which is very home, but we chose this dealership because their salesman Luis was very professional, and most importantly, we knew he wanted the sale, which is very hard to find nowadays, especially with luxury products. Many salespeople have a haughty attitude and feel "if you don't buy it from us, someone else will", but not Luis. Luis was very honest and upfront about everything. There were no hidden fees or anything of the sort. He gave us the feeling that he did all he could to meet our financial needs and interests. And there was never any pressure to buy. Admittedly, we weren't the easiest customers to deal with, but Luis was patient and always kept his cool. We would definitely buy from him again and will recommend him to friends. He could definitely show many salespeople a thing or two. We used to walk into dealerships very warily, fearing we would be swindled by car salespeople, but this was not the case with Luis and Prestige. He made us feel comfortable. We would never buy a car from anyone other than Lori Asserson at Prestige BMW. We pass 5 BMW dealerships on our way to Prestige and would never consider stopping in. My wife and I have been driving BMW's for quite some time, and I would absolutely work with Luis Valencia time and time again. I was looking to get out of my X6 5.0 and move into a new car. He was extremely knowledgeable on the full line of BMW's and all their options, which made selecting my car fairly easy. I plan on going back to Luis next year when it is time for my wife to trade in her X5. More

I bought X5, before money paid everything was nice. after everything was very bad. took me more than two months to get the car and papers due to always some stupid reasons and very non-friendly attention of everything was very bad. took me more than two months to get the car and papers due to always some stupid reasons and very non-friendly attention of Mr. Benitez, who put in title the name of truck driver who came to pick up the car. Very non-professional. After I received the car, there was only one key, again, no answers and explanation where are the others key. Could somebody help which authority I have to write to to get this dealership find the other keys or at least explain why they cannot? I am very upset with this company and with Mr. Benitez. Unfortunately I do not leave in the USA to say pesonally everything about very bad service of this dealership. More
