Went in needing to get out of car I really didn't like after all. Luis greeting me with a smile and a non-pressure attitude. Even after the sale Ive contacted Luis with questions and have received a phone call almost immediately to help with the issue. This enormous dealership can almost be too overwhelming. It's beautiful and incredibly polished. As soon as my husband and I arrived we were greeted by the staff and assigned a salesperson. He was immediately able to help me determine my most important factors and features. We found a great car that had everything I was after, but Tom made sure to show the rest of the cars that had the features I liked. In the end, taking the extra time to look further paid off. I found a different car that had everything I loved and a lot more. He held the car for me and we came in the next business day to pick it up. The gentlemen who handled the paperwork was excellent and super fast, I was able to do the entire transaction faster than expected. Tom gave us a tour of the rest of the facility so that I knew exactly where to go for service, it was comforting. Being younger (21) and dressed in sweatpants/shirt I figured I wouldn't get the customer sales experience that I was hoping for, thankfully I was pleasantly surprised. The front desk greeted me right as I walked through the door and asked if they could help with anything. They immediately set me up with Keith DeYoung. After talking over models and prices I decided on a 2011 328i with xDrive. While certainly no 750Li or M3, I felt I got the attention and service one would expect when buying a BMW which was something I was concerned about. In the car sales industry where customer service makes all the difference I couldn't be happier about my purchase and experience. More
