I saw an ad on cars.com for a BMW X5. The listed price was $33,035. I called the dealer and Steve picked up the phone. I asked about the vehicle and he looked it up and said that they have it listed on was $33,035. I called the dealer and Steve picked up the phone. I asked about the vehicle and he looked it up and said that they have it listed on their site for $38k. He took my info and said he'll check and get back to me. His words exactly "We don't do business that way menaing list one price somewhere and another elsewhere"...An hour and a half goes by and no answer from Steve so I call again and this time get Patt on the line. I mentioned i had spoken with Steve in reference to this vehicle and that he was supposed to get back to me but never did. Patt's reply was that they do not have a contract with Cars.com and it had to be an error by cars.com. He then asked me if he can put me on hold for a second to whihc i agreed. 7 minutes went by and no sign of Patt coming back to the line. The thing is that i was interested in the SUV even if the price was 38K however neither one of these sales people assisted me. Thye must treat people differntly if you are looking for a CPO vehicle. I would never buy or ever recommend anyone to this dealership based on my experience. People like Patt or Steve are bad employees if they treat people like they treated me. More

This is the second BMW I have bought from Prestige. I recommend this dealer all the time as they always have great 3 yr old low mileage cars. This time was no different. He was also sweet and fun and a "make it happen" kind of guy which is what I needed. He kept in touch all the time and did above and beyond the job.
