Each car was purchased at Prestige, each transaction was with Lori Asserson. I love BMW product cars and I could easily buy them elsewhere. There are several BMW dealership closer to my location. But, what brings me back each time to Prestige are the people. From the Sales department; Curtis, Lori and Stacey to the all important service department Tony and Anna Marie. I am treated more than just a one-time customer. These individuals are truly interested in what will make me satisfied. Lori takes the time to find out exactly what I want in a car and then exceeds my expectations. Anna also takes the time, listening carefully to find out how the cars are driving and recommends only the necessary/important service actions. I believe this is the culture at Prestige, that everyone is treated as a valued customer and the relationship between customer and Prestige is viewed as long term, not a single transaction. Lori Asserson and Anna Marie are terrific! Ask for them by name if you are going to visit Prestige. They will not steer you wrong. (Pardon the pun.) Kudos to Prestige. More
Lori Asserson is the best car person I've ever worked with. I think I've done 10 deals with her. She knows the product inside out and has great subjective judgments about choices and options. Upon entering the dealership I was kindly asked by a woman if I was being helped yet. After stating no, she called over a sales rep. When Mark Lestrange came over he greeted me with very minimal enthusiasm and did not even introduce himself. (I later found out his name from the receptionist so I could post this note). Mark's answers to my questions were very short and answered in a condescending tone. It was almost as if he was trying to make me feel like the questions I had were not relevant with his curt responses. I have never posted a review for any product or service in the past, but felt like this was absolutely necessary as I'm sure Prestige does not condone this type service. In fact, I was at Prestige Lexus earlier, very close to buying the 350 f-sport, and was treated with professionalism and kindness by Calvert Hargrove. I still need to make a last comparison with the 5-series but now it will be between Lexus Prestige and Park Ave BMW. I'm amazed that management does not recognize Mark's behavior. It's so frustrating to have to drive away from a BMW dealership angry and shocked at the service when I'm going to be spending 60k+. More
We purchased our BMW X5 last year around christmas and thought Rich was extremely easy to work with. We had called around for pricing for the new car and the trade in. He was by far the best. Even when he told us the trade in price, when we told him that we got a better offer elsewhere, he was able to adjust the price to our comfort. The ordering of the SUV went well as well as all the updates on how the production was coming along. When we went to pick up the X5, he had followed all of our instructions to the letter (removing the badges) and had a great orientation of the vehicle. The after service at Prestige BMW is also excellent. I have never had a problem with this dealership and would recommend this place and my sales person to everyone. I have been a regular at Prestige, having bought my cars there for the past 15 years and seeing no reason whatsoever to change.
