It was a pleasure dealing with Prestige BMW of Ramsey again. It was my second time leasing a car from them. Greg Isola was an absolute, wonderful and very patient client advisor. At this point in time I regret purchasing this car and I feel greatly deceived by the BMW name and reputation of great customer service. I have exhausted all options without having to use legal presiding but I that this will be the only option I have left. This is the fourth dealership I have acquired a car from in the past 4 years, and was by far the best experience I've had. Anthony was not pushy at all, and didn't try to get me to purchase a more expense in the past 4 years, and was by far the best experience I've had. Anthony was not pushy at all, and didn't try to get me to purchase a more expense or newer model, which I really appreciated. He understood my budget and worked out a deal that accommodated it. I originally went to the dealership because they had by far the best price for the CPO vehicle I was looking for, but I would return again because of the great service. Mike and Anthony went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience and that I was very happy with my purchase. They also have been great following up to make sure I am still satisfied and answer any questions. More

This is my third car w/Lori and she ROCKS!!! I wouldn't go anywhere else. I refer her whenever possible. She knows her stuff and is sooooo easy to talk to. And I finally sat in her Living Room today. During the processing of the paper work, the dealership filed the title under a different name then the loan application. Since then they have been less then helpful in rectifying the situation. We have been talking to the sales managers for six months in an attempt to have them re-file the paper work and correct the situation. Currently the car loan is under a different name then the title and registration (that person DID NOT sign any DMV paperwork!!!), my insurance company does not want to insure the vehicle due to the inconsistency in the paperwork. Recently the current manager who was tasked in "helping us" told me that he will make sure the paper work issue is not resolved. To me the biggest concern is that the paper work was fraudulently filed with the NJ DMV. The first manager we dealt with was Dan Raspanti who was transferred to Mini Cooper next door and didn't inform anyone of the situation. The second manager we where pawned off on was Mike Morganstein who told me last night that he would make sure the paper work would NOT be corrected, this is after dealing with Prestige BMW for 6 months and being told by the person responsible for the DMV filings that she does not know how to correct the paperwork. The last person we have been dealing with the past week is Curtis Aldeshof who much to my dismay knowing the situation and the trouble I have been through dealing with the dealership he is in charge of and the problems they have caused the time they have wasted also said that due to my anger with the situation would make sure they would not help. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALER THEY ARE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!!! More
I had previously leased a 5-series from another BMW dealer in the area and was very disappointed with the overall experience. When I recently booked a trip to Munich, Germany, however, I decided to gi dealer in the area and was very disappointed with the overall experience. When I recently booked a trip to Munich, Germany, however, I decided to give BMW another chance as I wanted to lease a 3-series at the BMW factory for a delivery to a local dealer. BMW headquarters in NJ thought that the six weeks until my trip would be sufficient time to arrange the foreign delivery, but when my husband and I met Lori Asserson at Prestige, she advised that it would be virtually impossible to arrange to pick up a car in Munich with such short lead time. I initially was a bit snippy to Lori since she didn't give me the response I was looking for. But I must say that it didn't take Lori very long to absolutely bowl me over with her great personality, her knowledge of the product, and her persistence in getting us a great deal on a fully loaded 2011 328xi. Lori went above and beyond what any other car salesperson had done for us, and we have purchased and leased countless vehicles over the past many decades! She was a pleasure to do business with...in fact, it didn't even feel like a business transaction. Lori makes each of her customers feel like a close personal friend. She spent as much time as we needed to learn how all of the electronics worked and never made us feel that she had anything else to do that day but to make sure we were perfectly satisfied with our new car. Her followup after delivery was excellent. I can't imagine that we would ever buy or lease a new car from anyone BUT Lori Asserson. She made what could be a frustrating and difficult process an absolute pleasure! Stacy Fowler handled our paperwork so pleasantly and efficiently that it had to have been our best experience with a dealership's business office. Although Stacy was just back from vacation and was suffering from a cold, she could not have been nicer. She, like Lori, made our experience at BMW Prestige a wonderful one. We would definitely recommend BMW Prestige and Lori Asserson to all of our friends and family. More
