Prestige BMW has exceeded my expecations from top to bottom. Lori did an excellent job taking me through the entire process and handling the transfer of insurance from my previous vehicle ensuring that I have a smooth transition. She demonstrated a willingness to work within my budget and settle on a price we were both comfortable with. Further, I was extremely impressed with the facilities and in particular the room holding the vehicles ready for delivery. This feature allows the customer to drive their car off the showroom floor. Overall, I would recommend this dealer and Lori to handle the purchase of a new vehicle by my friends or family. More

Looked for low mileage 6 series. Dealer had 2007 with 15000 mi, with one owner for $45,000.00. Dealer did not get car registered for about 2 months, one month after temporary registration expired. Unable to use unregistered car. Refused to compensate for loss but agreed to pay for ticket. Did not credit $500 deposit until many months later when I presented all papers and buttonholed manager in person. Later learned from another dealer that car I was sold was used by BMW Performance Driving School, information not disclosed by salesman or on CarFax, only in BMW's proprietary computer system. Title was transfered to straw buyer, showing one owner, and hiding fact of corporate use. Mechanic, other dealers have said that this usage, as would any unusual use, ie rental car, etc. would reduce car's value by app. 30%. Prestige is refusing to admit that car was used by BMW Performance Driving School, and claims value is not reduced. Manager of School said but would not provide documentation, that cars were sold at auction to dealers who were responsible to disclose vehicle's history. Prestige BMW's sales manager offered to get me another car but would take my car only as a trade-in at a huge discount, app. $20,000.00 LESS than the purchase price. Presently, I am suing Prestige BMW and its salesman and manager for fraud. I would not allow them to service my car even accept free service from Prestige BMW. They're not to be trusted. More
A few weeks ago I went in to the dealership to purchase a new car. I was working with Rudy. I told him I wanted to trade in my car toward a new BMW. But when it came to my trade in it was very difficult to get a solid price for my car I was trading in, which obviously plays a huge part in the purchase. I understood that it was not my salesman's fault but decided not to purchase the BMW with them just because of this aggravation. I found out the man in charge of giving me and my salesman a price on my car to help close my deal was Mike Morganstein. Because of the lack of communication or whatever it is Mike is in charge of doing on his end to help my salesman close my deal, I purchased my new BMW elsewhere. I have heard good things about this dealership in the past, but am disappointed I did not have the same experience. Kudos to Rudy for being great and trying to help pick up the slack to close the deal even though it just wasn't possible with a solid price for the trade in of my car. More

My son found this car thru the internet but my husband and I were not sold on BMW. We had just test drove a Chrysler and had a terrible experience with negotiations. Sad to say but we had purchased a vehicle there within the year so I guess they are not intereseted in repeat clients. We entered Prestige(which is beautiful)and met Anthony who was knowledgeable, friendly and gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. There was no hard sell which would have had me walking out. He followed up with my trade in and gave us a great intro to the new vehicle when we picked it up. To sum up, I probably would not be driving a BMW if the purchase discussions hadn't gone so well. I have not had any experience with service except to have my new plates put on and a new key programmed. This was done quickly and the gentleman was very pleasant. EVERYONE comments on how nice my new(used) car is and I tell them how great the experience was. I feel great when driving this car. Thank you for making my commute better. More
