It was a pleasure working with Lori again, as this is my second car from her and prestige. she listens to you very intently about what you want and what you can afford, will not pressure you, but most of all she tells it how it is. She is very knowledable with the cars, rates, etc. you can tell she loves her job and the brand. The service department is great also, I had the pleasure of working with Simeon and Tony. Simeon has gone out of his way many of times to make sure I am happy and to follow up. Laura. Vaughn was another great person to work with, she's very pleasant and will try to help you out when it comes to lease returns. First, Greg took the time to sit down with me and listen to my needs in order to help me build a car profile that woud suit me. Then we went for a few test drives to confirm the kind of engine that I preferred and narrowed down my research profile even more. From there, I was able to find a car that matched exactly what I wanted, except for the color that I was not fond of at first sight. I asked Greg to inform me if any similar car would become available with one of the colors I wanted, while I kept looking around. Greg not only kept me informed but also advised me wisely while I was looking at cars at other dealers, explaining to me for example what to pay attention to if I wanted to purchase a car that was not certified. After many visits to different car dealers who I did not have confidence in, I came back to Prestige BMW, which was the only dealer that was offering me a good deal for my trade-in and which I felt had my interest and satisfaction at heart. I reconsidered my initial choice after the color grew in me and finally decided to purchase the car. The honesty and help that I received from Greg all along my research process made me feel extremely comfortable and was a key element in my purchasing decision. More
I went to Prestige BMW after being referred by two of my colleagues. After looking for over 4 months at BMW’s and going to 2 dealerships in Monmouth County, I decided to take the drive up to Prestige. My colleagues. My hesitance was the fact it was over 70 miles from my home but I can honestly say it was well worth the time and drive. I worked with Lori Asserson who was excellent. Lori was knowledgeable and friendly but most importantly, unlike the other dealers, took the time to ask and listen to what I was looking for in a car. The entire staff from sales to finance were great. They made my experience fun and stress free. I would recommend Prestige BMW and Lori to anyone who is considering a BMW. More
Bought a CPO BMW 650i Convertible. Sales representative, Anthony Polisena, stated it was in perfect condition, so I did a quick lookover and bought it. Later found out car had poorly done touch-ups and the Anthony Polisena, stated it was in perfect condition, so I did a quick lookover and bought it. Later found out car had poorly done touch-ups and the wrong tires (not run-flats). They replaced the tires, but didn't fix the poorly done touchups. The financial adviser, Eddie Mayorga, lied on just about every specific question I asked in the contract process. Later, he denies it, of course. Be sure to ignore him and read the contract line-by-line, including the electronic one after you do the hard copies, because he will lie to you and tell you not to worry about any concerns. Very unethical. The General Sales Manager, Curtis Aldershof, told me to contact him if I had any problems. I approached him on these problems, he hasn't called or emailed me back once - he just forwards my emails back to the people I have problems with. I had to bring in the car to service 4 times to get a sill plate replaced, and leave it for 3 days to replace the tires, repair rims and get a full detail. I got a Ford Explorer as my loaner. The full detail was horrible, wax job had swirls, and they added a scratch on my rear bumper. I recommend that anyone who cares about honesty and quality of work stay away from this BMW dealership. I was referred to Lori Asserson by my business partner who lives in NJ (I live in NY). This is the third car I have bought from Lori and I am sure it won't be the last. She is knowledgeable, tells it like it is and is a pleasure to deal with. Her follow up is also fantastic particularly when you have a technical question. I live on Long Island and I drive by at least 10 BMW dealers on my way to deal with Lori and that should say enough about my feelings about dealing with her. I recommend her to anyone looking to buy a BMW. More
