I have been fighting with this dealer for over twO months now. I was charged for new plates that I did not receive and am now stuck paying interest on the overcharge. I asked about my refund two weeks ago and sent a lengthy email to mike morganstein as well. Todate my salesmen STILL hasnt called me back, and his manager (mike morganstein) ignores me! I was also promised a spare key that I never received and had to shell out almost 200 bucks for a new key. The customer service here is brutal!!! I want my money! More

Working with Steve was probably the worst experience I have had at a car dealership in my entire life. The negotiating and sales process went pretty well and I really have no complaints there; it was afte have had at a car dealership in my entire life. The negotiating and sales process went pretty well and I really have no complaints there; it was after I purchased the car when things went downhill. It turned out Steve flat out lied to my face multiple times about service that was done to the car as part of the CPO process when it fact it was not. To make a long story short, I was told by Steve that the car had new brake and rotors...3 months after I had the car the brakes started to make squealing noises and I had to bring it in for (suprise) new brakes and rotors as they were never replaced originally. Luckily, I brought the car in just before my warranty ran out, otherwise I would have had to pay out of my own pocket. In addition to that incident, I experienced even more problems dealing with Steve about another issue that recently came up. I brought these items up to Steve and he became very aggressive and was quick to point the finger. Steve will make excuses, deny his lies, ignore phone calls/e-mails, and place the blame on others rather then saying "I'm sorry". Once the sale is done he WILL NOT care about you so don't expect any customer service from him regardless of if you are a potential returning customer. Steve is exactly the reason why car salesmen have bad reputations. More
