When we first walked into the showroom we were greeted by Erik. Upon meeting him we were immediately impressed. He was upbeat, friendly and very professional. Most importantly he made us feel welcome. We are from Connecticut, so the trip up and back totaled about 6 hours on the road. We were able to wok out a reasonable deal that we were comfortable with. The overall "buying process" was a bit lengthy, but that no way in any form was due to Erik. The dealership was quite busy, so from the time we got there to the time we left with the keys in our hand took over 6 hours. However, I would still recommend Prestige to anyone, and especially to use Erik as their salesperson. My husband and I are 100% satisfied with our x5 and are looking forward to coming back in the future for our next car. More
Erik was recommended by a mutual acquaintance and up for my second BMW I made a call. The previous salesperson I had worked with 2½ years ago was exceptional so the poor guy had big shoes to fill. Erik is charming and knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. I am pretty laid back but a businessman and am not a push over. I know 100% what I don’t want and 50% of what I do – Erik’s brilliance is in finding what that 50% is, and if metaphorically I was seduced into buying something a touch more shall we say flashy, than I had originally intended, I am more the happier for it, and still within my budget! I love my new car because he tailored it to me, and not his commission. After sales follow though has been exceptional and I would advise anyone to work with Erik, get seduced (a metaphor I stress), and drive away in a BMW that say’s this is you. He is a credit to the brand - and FYI I am in marketing and branding! More

The minute we walked in, despite the massive size of the dealership, we were comforted with an intimate feeling. Mike Morganstein warmly greeted us, spent time figuring out our needs and referred us to Lor dealership, we were comforted with an intimate feeling. Lori was extremely friendly, energetic, and enthusiastic while at the same time very relaxed. We were interested in the X1 so she immediately set up a test drive. Throughout the test drive she explained many of the features and exposed us to how knowledgeable she is about BMW's. There was no sales pressure to make a decision and she was very patient with us to fine tune what would work for us. Mike checked in, on several occasions, to make sure everything was going smoothly. Upon pick up we met with Andy Okun who spent time explaining all the features of the car, set up our Bluetooth, and Satellite radio and made sure we were comfortable before we left the dealership. The entire transaction was so smooth from start to finish it was hard to believe it was so simple. We are truly looking forward to having continuity with a dealership that makes customer service and satisfaction a priority along with putting so much pride into establishing long term customer relationships. I just purchased my 4th BMW. I walked into Prestige (having been very unhappy with the service at a dealer closer to my home) and asked to speak with a female salesperson. It was my lucky day. Lori was there and after just a few moments was free to speak with me. I told her what I wanted in terms of a vehicle, she gave me suggestions. Her first one was perfect! She was pleasant, professional, thorough, and entirely knowledgable. And my experience at Prestige kept on exceeding any expectations. Everyone who touched my transaction, beginning and ending with Lori (Tiffany Johnson, Bill who did the leasing and Andy Okun who is still giving me instruction) was exceptional. Jack Khoury was a pleasure to work with in structuing my purchase and trade-in. He spent much time on two different occasions taking me on test drives to insure that I had the right car with the right feat purchase and trade-in. He constantly followed up, letting me know when my car would be delivered to the dealership, and followed through on transfering subscriptions from my trade-in to the new car. I have already recommended that some of my friends work with him when their leases are up. Andy Okun spent a thorough hour and a half walking me through all the features of the car. He did such a great job that I have not had to look up anything in the manual yet. This is in such contrast to the experience I had with my previous BMW at a different dealership where the instruction was not organized and required that I pour over the manual afterwards, and it was on a much simpler car. This is my second purchase of a BMW from Prestige. Given the good treatment, I regret that my previous purchase had not been here. More
