Prestige BMW is by far the most professional & friendliest dealership I know. I've shopped around quite a bit, dealt with several different places in the past & literally walked out on sales guys friendliest dealership I know. Prestige BMW on the other hand makes you feel immediately welcomed - they kindly ask if you need help but also give you space to "breath" & to look around. Erik V. helped me to find the PERFECT car for me. He was patient & gave the right amount of advice at the right time. Since I was not completely set on a specific car it was quite challenging to narrow down what I was looking for. Erik spent plenty of his time including test drives to ensure I am really happy with my decision. I really appreciate the honesty & care, which made this an awesome & one of a kind experience... Everyone else involved in the process was great, too, therefore you gained a customer for life! It's been about 3 weeks now & every time I get in my car I have a big smile on my face, so THANK YOU VERY MUCH, ERIK!!! More

He had patience and was willing to let me test drive as many vehicles as I wanted and did not make feel like a bother. He did not try to sell me one that made me compromise what I wanted just because it was on the lot. He had my vehicle brought in from another dealer in MA. Within a week the car went from the port to MA, back to Jersey. I had the exact car I wanted within a week. The snowstorm delayed me picking up my car by a day, but he was willing to wait for me to come pick it up during the storm if I wanted, he left the decision up to me. Through the whole process he was willing to wait for me (I was late for all our appointments) and willing to come in (and did) on his days off. Always available by text and phone to answer any questions. Even now after the sale he is available to answer my questions. I'm still trying to learn the updated technology package. Even Ed the sales manager was a great guy...not the typical pushy sales manager. He came over to say hi when I was picking up the car and asked how everything was going. I never felt pressure through the whole process. I definitely would purchase from Prestige again. More
