The deal on my 2010 Audi was so great I had it shipped halfway across the country! But as for my salesman - bad experience! Always to busy to return calls - even after wiring money (couldn't even get a co halfway across the country! But as for my salesman - bad experience! Always to busy to return calls - even after wiring money (couldn't even get a confirmation, just had to assume a large amount of money made it...) still don't have documents, it's sad that the car shipped across the country made it first... Drove an hour from brooklyn to New Jersey to drive my first bmw I was interested in. And great thing I picked prestige bmw to do it in. I dealt with Erik Valentin from start to finish as he was non-pushy, very knowledgable about everything in the car and helpful in the negotiation process as well. Immediately took a test drive before speaking about any numbers which was great and very professional I thought. Afterwards proceeded to negotiate my trade and car price with the help of manager mike morgenstein, who was also a very good guy to deal with as well. Being from the city you tend to not trust anyone ,especially salesmen but here at prestige I felt at home from the start. Thanks to Erik and mike. Thanks fellas. Highly recommended dealership..... The high level of service and knowledge that he has is a major asset to Prestige BMW. Tony was not pushy or hurried me to buy (as it was quarter/month end on that day). After the test drive, he actually was ready to shake hands and part ways so I can continue my day of car shopping. Eventually we sat down together and talk options, where he was very open to answering all my questions. I ended up buying a new X5 and probably would have not done so with Prestige, if not for Tony's excellent service. More

Edited 3/30: The general manager, Stephen Grossman was quick to give me a call back after reading this review. I appreciated that he called me back so promptly to apologize. But the facts are facts. I quick to give me a call back after reading this review. I appreciated that he called me back so promptly to apologize. But the facts are facts. I cannot get over my bad experience at Prestige. Yes, Chris Lin was very friendly and he gave me a great price. But for whatever reason he couldn't carry out his promise, and I was the one that was left on the losing end. The way sales manager Edward Moore spoke to me was completely unprofessional. He is snooty and condescending. He will try to smooth talk you into getting his way. Overall, I think Prestige will give you one of the best prices (if you have been shopping around). But, avoid working with Sales Manager Edward Moore at all costs! Original Review: I spoke to Chris on March 22 over the phone about leasing a BMW X3 2.8. After speaking to him several times, he came back to me with a great deal on a white/mojave car. He sent over the purchase order, the credit application, and down payment form via email. He informed me that although the car was not in the store at the moment, they would have no problem getting it over to the store by Tuesday, March 26. He knew that my Benz lease was over on that day. He said they could try to get the car in the storey by Monday ( 25th), but at the latest, they would definitely have it in the store by Tuesday (26th). I put a down payment on the car (as requested) , and sent over the credit information via email (as requested). I was told that everything was set, and I confirmed with him again that the car would be in latest by Tuesday. When Monday hit, I was told that I could not pick up the car Monday because the cars (2) that he was trying to work with were both sold. But, he told me he found another one, and he reassured me again that he would definitely have it by Tuesday. On Tuesday, I got a call from Chris with another story. He could not find me a white car at all, and he asked if I would setttle for a different color. I told him that white was my number one choice, and the reason I had gone with Prestige in the first place was because they offered me that color (BMW of Tenafly had offered me a Titanium Silver at a better rate). I told him I would settle for Mineral Silver, but asked if the store could lower my monthly payment. Chris said he would talk to his managers and call me back. When we talked again, there was no talk about mineral silver. Instead, Chris informed me that he found a white/mojave (the same exact one I had originally wanted) in Albany. Since Albany was so far away, they would not get the car in the store until Thursday (28th) or Friday (29th), and he asked if I would come into the store to take a loaner car. I expressed my frustrations, and Chris told me he felt like the bearer of bad news. I told him then, that I would talk to the manager mysellf. We agreed on a time that a manager would call me back. I waited and waited and nobody called. I called Chris back, and after hanging up with him, the sales manager Edward Moore called me. From the beginning, Edward was extremely rude and snooty. Instead of apologizing for not having the car on the promised day, he told me that this problem came about because I was being inflexible about my color choice. I told him that the reason why I had gone with Prestige was because of the white car (and that was the color Chris wrote down on the purchase order). And I further told him that I had already told Chris I was open to another color (mineral silver) if white was completely out of question. Edward told me he was being nice by giving me a courtesy call, and letting me know that the car was not available. He said they were doing me a favor by offering me a loaner car. Yes, loaner cars are great, but Tuesday was a day I was promised my NEW car, not a LOANER car. They should never have taken my down payment, if this was not the case. After all this, I told Edward that I would still agree to take the loaner if they could tell me for sure that I would have my promised car by Thursday or Friday (as Chris had said). Edward told me yet another story. He told me they didn't even know if the car was available in Albany. They wouldn't find out if the car existed there until Thursday or Friday. When I asked him what are the chances, he couldn't give me a number. When I said is it 50/50, he said yeah. His voice was very reluctant, and at that point, I couldn't believe anything they told me anymore. In a very condescending and snooty tone, Edward told me if I was unhappy I could take my money back, and take my business elsewhere. This is after I had spent several days making this deal, and on top of that, I had turned down 2 other great offers from other dealers (Tenafly and Rochelle Park). On the day that I had to return my Benz, I was informed that I would not have any car. I broke off the deal with Chris, and that same night after returning my Benz lease, I went to Park Ave. BMW in Rochelle Park, NJ, and leased an X3 there. Unfortunately, I am not able to pick up my car until Thursday evening, 28th. Currently (today is March 27th), I am still without a car. Because of the false promise made by Prestige BMW, I am left with the inconvenience of having no car for two days(borrowing a car from a friend to get to work, and having to stay home during the night). I was out of time to make any more deals, and the deal I ended up with is for a color that was not my number one choice (mineral silver), and I'm making $10 more on monthly payments for a car that is a less msrp (about $300). A sincere apology from Edward would have been nice (Chris did apologize to me), but I was made to look like I was the one at fault for the deal not going through. They made a false promise (a lie), they took my down payment, and they refused to take any responsibility for their actions. Other potential BMW customers should be aware of such false promises, I've already made a complaint to BMW of North America and Yelp. I will also be making a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. (On a side note, my mother just purchased a car from there about a month ago (5 series). I also have a friend who is ready to lease an X3, and I was ready to bring her to the store with me to Chris. Needless to say, I won't be doing that anymore. I will not be making any more referrals to this dealer.) I hope you take my complaint seriously. Thank you, Young H. Park More
We recently purchased a 2013 X5 from Prestige BMW. Lori Asserson, our sales advisor, provided outstanding service. I have purchased all of my cars from Prestige, always getting great service. Lori's follow up and knowledge of the car made the purchase seamless but most importantly when it was time to pick up our car, Lori had everything ready when I arrived and made the transaction a breeze. As usual, service at Prestige BMW in Ramsey (NJ) was excellent and surpassing all expectations. Working in the very difficult conditions of a massive recall by BMW regarding some obscure battery cable, excellent and surpassing all expectations. Working in the very difficult conditions of a massive recall by BMW regarding some obscure battery cable, the service department managed to take me on time, provide a loaner, offer to perform the upcoming service which was not yet due in order to save me a trip, check my car all over and call me when all was performed, right at the time the commitment was for. Simeon Marcelo was particularly helpful today but they all are great. A quick Hello to Lori Asserson, my favourite sales lady, and I was on my way. Well done. I cannot see myself buying or having service anywhere else... More
First time in the dealership and I was treated as a VIP from the receptionist to the delivery specialist. It was a low pressure, professional, and friendly environment. The salesperson was very knowledge from the receptionist to the delivery specialist. It was a low pressure, professional, and friendly environment. The salesperson was very knowledgeable, accommodating , and to the point, which I appreciate. The finance and delivery specialist were the same way. I have purchased many vehicles over the years and this was the best buying experience. I will highly recommend the dealership to anyone as if they were family. More
