I was referred to Prestige BMW by a close friend who has purchased five vehicles from the dealership. I have never been more pleased in my life with a purchase. The level of customer service I received from purchased five vehicles from the dealership. I have never been more pleased in my life with a purchase. The level of customer service I received from everyone at Prestige BMW was remarkable. I worked directly with Ed Moore and Michael Rossi. The entire process was painless- there was no negotiation, no back and forth; the first price they provided was $80 less per month than any other dealership I contacted. The car I ordered had to be built in Germany and delivered to the US; Ed and Mike provided me with weekly updates on status and the car ended up arriving a week early. The car arrived late on a Friday, Mike was able to get all the paper work completed (he even went as far as texting me while at a rehearsal dinner to confirm everything was good to go). I was there first thing Saturday to pick the car up. Again, another painless process- greeted by Ed and Frank Salzano and introduced to the finance representative. Frank handled everything on Saturday and ensured a smooth transaction. The entire paperwork process took no longer than 15 minutes because everyone was prepared- no surprises what-so-ever with numbers, terms, etc... The vehicle presentation was outstanding; I spent about 45 minutes with a "Delivery Specialist" and went through all the features, options, and settings the car had to offer. If I lease a new car every 36 months I will probably lease another 20 or so cars in my lifetime- I plan on leasing each one from Ed, Mike, and Frank at Prestige. I strongly recommend the dealership to anyone interested in a BMW. More

They have always made us feel that our business was important and that they valued us as customers. Lori has always been proactive in keeping in touch and advising us of financial circumstance that would be of potential benefit. She has offered valuable insites regarding choice of vehicles, equipment and program. She has gone a long way in removing both the drama and stress of new vehicle purchases. Andy Okun did an excellent job of presenting the new car's features and operating systems, was patient and never rushed us. He also insisted that he was always available for follow up questions. Mark, the business manager was pleasant to deal with, and while doing his job of presenting add on sales options, was never offensive or overly insistent regarding those items. In the past, their service department consistently removed the nuisance of service/repair calls by scheduling at our convenience, having loaner cars available and completing the work on time and correctly. While there are a number of other dealers in the area that offer same level vehicles, we have never come close to feeling as comfortable when talking to them as we do at Prestige.
