I was very disappointed when I purchased my certified pre-owned BMW for many reasons. One, a section of the driver side leather seat was covered up with a black dye to hide the wear on the leather. Secon pre-owned BMW for many reasons. One, a section of the driver side leather seat was covered up with a black dye to hide the wear on the leather. Second, there were two very large scratches also covered up on the bottom of the vehicle that I noticed when I washed the car at home. Third, it took me numerous phone calls to Prestige and to BMW of North America to finally get a second key. Purchased the vehicle in June, got my second key fab in October. No phone calls were ever returned when voicemails were left. Fourth, the rims on the car were reconditioned in the most unprofessional way. A "prestige" dealer would have removed the entire tire and rim and refurbish them, but the folks at prestige just touched up some areas and when you looked closely it was very noticeable. More

The kindness and professionalism shown by Lance is appreciable, I have NOT seen any salesman so polite and kind towards the purchaser, most of my experence with other dealer salesman was very bad, in terms attention provided towards purchaser, politeness and they appeared to me more rude, kranky. Lance abided his words and is very ethical in his all endevours. He gave very good attention to us and always been very helpful in completing all the tasks. Finance Manager at this deaership also helped us very much and completed all the tasks very quickly. Got very good attention from Sr. Managers here. i dealt with Bob Lombardo when buying my car....nice guy.... helpfull..even told me if i had any problems with the car he would even come to my house and pick it up and drive it in himself if he had to. guy.... helpfull..even told me if i had any problems with the car he would even come to my house and pick it up and drive it in himself if he had to........ 6 hrs to get the deal done.....that was a big head ache... when we made a deal on the price it took another 2 hrs just to get into to see the finance manager...once i got in that office, the price agreed upon was 30 dollars more...so that had to be fixed.......all said and done 6 hrs to finally drive out..... Bob has called me numerous times to see if everything is ok....i was not in so he left messages and phone numbers to reach him..... i do have a slight problem with the car...it needs a wheel alignment...i had the car for 2 weeks,driven it app 300 miles....it was bad from the start .....i called Bob to see if BMW would take care of it.....i have left messages at his desk....cell phone number.....not a peep back from Bob at all...nothing -silence....i guess at prestige they are nice and helpful when u buy a car.....ask if u need anything afterwards...and ignore u when u do need something....... the service dept i spoke to andrea she said wheel alignments are not covered even if i bought the veh 2 weeks ago and even if it was bad when i got it.....she then transferred me to Max Landau who she said was in....1st time the call got disconnected before i could say anything...i called back and got Max's voicemail...i left a message..that was 8 hrs ago.....still no call back from Landau...i'll be bringing my car else where to be fixed....they just lost a customer......i also told Bob i was coming back to buy a X5 for the wife...they lost that sale also....dummies... More
