outraged my husband bought a bmw here on April 23rd and was told he could keep his old plates. Two days later he went to pick up the car and was told he had t my husband bought a bmw here on April 23rd and was told he could keep his old plates. Two days later he went to pick up the car and was told he had to have new ones which we have been waiting a month for not to mention he was charged $411.00 for the registration which we still do not have in our possession. Today he was told just to put his old plates on the car, my husband is on his knees in the rain soaked driveway putting plates on a very expensive car which could have been done by the service department! I am outraged by the lack of customer service Ramsey BMW has provided and how our salesman dropped the ball before the ink was dry on the contract. Tracy Rosen Oakland NJ More
Fantastic Dealership, Amazing Experience I've actually found most of my dealership experiences to be pretty pleasant and straightforward, but Prestige BMW has still been my best car purchasin I've actually found most of my dealership experiences to be pretty pleasant and straightforward, but Prestige BMW has still been my best car purchasing experience to date. It's a huge, well maintained, and the staff is excellent. Frank Salzano was a breeze to work with, and was a consummate professional. Always responded promptly to emails, and I especially loved the fact that he gave me an itemized checklist of things I needed to provide him to make sure the sale went smoothly. Really made it easy for me to just print it out and get all the documents in order. When I first met him, I actually wasn't really set on buying a car I had really just gone to test drive potential options. Long story short, I walked out that same day with a signed contract. He went above and beyond to make me happy, and it made it much easier for me to part with my beloved Corvette. Kristen was the product genius who walked through some of the car's features with me, and she was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I was in a rush so I had to cut this part short, but the few questions I did ask she answered immediately. She clearly knew the car inside and out, and I wish I had more time to go over the myriad of buttons littering the dash. Eric Thomas was a godsend. I was itching to go because I was running late, but the finance manager assigned to me was stuck with a customer for an eternity. I guess Eric saw me fidgeting and glancing at my watch every 2 seconds, and volunteered to help process my paperwork. Didn't have to, but that goes to show you how highly this dealership values customer service. As soon as I sat down with him, all the papers were signed in 5 minutes and I was out the door. Can't thank him enough! Can't speak highly enough about Frank, Eric and Kristen, and all the other guys I met in my two visits there. This is a top notch dealership that I can't recommend highly enough, and it really goes to show you why you can't go 5 minutes without seeing one of their license plates in North Jersey. If I'm ever in the market for another BMW, I know where I'm going. More
