We apologize for the inconvenience you had with regards to your registration. In speaking with Greg, he explained that your registration arrived at the dealership a little later then expected. He confirmed that he had spoken to your husband right away once it was brought to his attention by the motor vehicle clerk and apologized for the inconvenience. Gregg gave him the option to pick up his Reg so Greg could instal his plates for him, or FedEx it to your home for him to install on his end. He asked to have his registration FedExed since he had his plates already, having transfered them rather then paying the added cost to receive new ones. He seemed very understanding about the whole thing. We apologize again.
