Jonathan Correa's home run I emailed dozens of dealerships all over the east side of America and the only dealership that sounded like they truly wanted to work with me happene I emailed dozens of dealerships all over the east side of America and the only dealership that sounded like they truly wanted to work with me happened to be the closest. I was in the market for lease and finance deals on a 435i or e92 M3. The e92 m3 prestige had was outside my price range and had the worst color I could imagine. I probably would not have bought the vehicle if Jonathan did not provide such an outstanding experience. James in finance and Jonathan worked hard to help me understand the value of the vehicle, got me to a comfortable price, never broke communication with me, stayed with me after closing hours, and actually coached me through M car ownership. While Jonathan went above and beyond to create a truly luxurious buying experience, what I appreciated the most was his transparency. I've been in sales for years and my senses told me Jonathan and James were incredibly honest and worked at their max potential; not just to sell a car but to create a happy customer. BTW I ended up falling completely in love with this obnoxious honey mustard yellow color. More

He worked for awhile with us trying to find us the vehicle that we had requested. I had leased a 2014 X3 for three years and because the service was great and the dealership was very good it brought us back to purchase yet another BMW. I have to say that Maximo Carela made it all possible and if this car drives as well as the first one did we will be back again in a few years and if Maximo is still there we would love to do business with him. My service advisor was Christopher Sampieri (I am not sure why he is not listed in the employee lis My recent visit at Prestige BMW was very pleasant. My service advisor was Christopher Sampieri (I am not sure why he is not listed in the employee list), and I have to say he is in my top 3 service advisor list. He was so kind and considerate. I went in for my headlight auto leveling system fault and oil change. My headlight problem is unresolved due to the cost and since this is an impact damage my insurance may cover it so I will run it through my insurance. Despite the remaining issue and the cost which is not under the SA's control, my experience with them have been so far very nice. More
