Total neglect of customers and their time I've just had very bad experience with Prestige BMW service department. After leaving my car for a service I was completely neglected. Called few time I've just had very bad experience with Prestige BMW service department. After leaving my car for a service I was completely neglected. Called few times and left messages, chatted online asking for a contact - nothing worked. I was left without the car for Thanksgiving and without any explanations whatsoever. After Thanksgiving it took several more calls to finally speak with my service representative - Diana. Then it took 20 min of waiting till car was finally available for pickup after being 'ready' for one hour. Overall very bad experience, chaotic service, total negligence of customers and waste of time. More
I didnt think I was going to purchase a BMW, but I did! My much loved paid off SUV of 8 years caught fire in late October. As I watched it burn, I thought, "Where am I going to purchase my next vehicle from now?" My first though was Prestige Toyota, but I kinda got the run around because they couldn't locate a color of my choosing, they didn't want to loose my business. I waited three weeks and there was no truck in sight. My rental agreement was coming to a close. My husband said, "Come on lets go to Prestige BMW and see what they have for you?" We called first and walked in. They set us up with Mr JUNG LEE. He was polite, polished,forth right and you just could tell was exceptionally professional. My 16 year old daughter was quite impressed with his presence. We wanted to keep our payments a reasonable as possible. Our daughter will be going to college soon, we were looking to purchase a residence so our money had to "work for us". We decided when we were there we were going to eventually buy our SUV. Within a few minutes JUNG located an "executive demo" loaded. More upgrades then I had had on previous automobiles. We viewed it, it was GORGEOUS. In impeccable condition with tobacco/black leather. This SUV was truly pampered. We sat down and ran numbers, It was doable for us based upon what our insurance gave us. We then sat with JAMES CASELLA twice and went over our credit, deposit and add ons that we thought would enrich our purchase. DWAYNE WONG sat with us inside my SUV and explained many of the options. Its kinda funky NOT having a key to open the door, I'll get by. This was so pleasurable, so enjoyable.... I hope that when my husband is ready he will consider Prestige. From the moment I pulled into Prestige's immaculate service facility, as always, I am greeted with such gracious attitudes and just an incredible willingness from the entire staff to assist in whatever it is I am there for. Christopher welcomed me with one of the greatest demeanors one could ever hope for in visiting a service facility. And, having the ability to have one feel as though they have known you their entire life, is truly an invaluable gift. I have been leasing for about 20 years, and this was the first time I can report a truly pleasant experience. From the moment I walked in the door it was clear this was not going to be the usual adversarial event, which I detest. The key of course was my salesman, Mr. Rocco Chiusano, who proved to be one of the most competent and knowledgeable sales people I have encountered. Knowledge both about the vehicle and the leasing process. Rocco listened to what my wife and I were looking for, and made it happen. No endless back and forth with the sales manager. No hand ringing about how much money the dealership is losing. No "you have 30 seconds to make the deal". Just a straight forward "this is what I can do" directly from Rocco, which got us to where we needed to be. My first real "no haggle" experience. And everything promised was delivered without issue or back peddling. Rocco even arranged for a quick and easy meeting with finance, without the usual high pressure attempt to sell accessories and services. I can't express my gratitude at not having to spend hours picking up my car after the deal was made. Prestige is truly fortunate to have an individual of this caliber in their employ, and I will most certainly be back. More
