It is so annoying from sales/ service representative yesterday. I purchased a pre-own car last month about 40days ago from Robert Didomenico who is in charge of pre-own car. I was waiting my new number plate and registration over a month. I realize my temporary number plate past due and expired few days ago. Also, I have not receive my registration.I did not hear from BMW anything until I called. I called prestige and asked how is going. The representative talked me it ready to pick up. I asked to send me them and I got the envelop last Tuesday but there is only registration. I called prestige again and explained few times because they transferred my call to service and sales and service team. They toss my phone. And Mark who is client advisor also called me why still did not put plate. I had no idea I have not received any call and I just got the registration few minute ago. He told me use old number plate because to save money. I was embarrassed by his attitude and one of the plate was damaged and the other one was bended already. When I trade my old car to new one the Robert gave me old number but no explanation. Also, When I called service center the representative told me they have them and can pick up without any explanation or refutation. So I expected have new one. The sales supposed to call back after checking but have not call back to me and I called again and left voice massage but he never call back finally. I called 5 times and chat live and emailed sales manager and service manager as well. However no one gave me answer and did not care that. Also, I asked Brittany H and a different lady on March 22 at night. on live chat and asked to sending survey because I have not received survey link after buying a car. But they can not access the survey but different advisor on live chat, she gave the link. it also weird. Actually I asked the surgery after complaining and can not have the information but without complain I got the surgery link. Pristage BMW seem to not take bad feed back?? My temporary number plate already is expired last week and registration also received 40days later and no notice/ apology about delay or care. 5times calls with voice mail, email to managers and website, 3 chats. but no one have not contact me so far. It is amazing service. More

Everyone at the dealership from the time arrived until the time we left was courteous and professional. Wasn't treated like a 2nd class citizen for buying used. Tim was friendly and didn't stall or play games when it came to price negotiation; he was definitely all business, but honest and up front about the deal. When test driving the car, Dwayne was great; he was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to show me all features of the car, including iDrive. All in all it was a great experience, and I'd recommend Prestige for anyone looking to purchase a BMW. More

Able to work to deal financials quickly and felt that all information was presented fairly and openly to me. Two areas of feedback - salesman didn't have an accurate grasp of inventory on the lot, and tried to sell me a car already sold. He did rectify that over next several days. Also genius had some trouble configuring vehicle on delivery, and required another trip to the dealership to resolve. Both of these examples resulted in additional time spent getting deal done. More

Gregg and Dwanye earned this positive review by having strong credibility, strong results, and a strong finish when challenged by our particular ways and needs for a quality and expedient vehicle purchase. Management (Shawn), who is backstage insuring deals and commitments are to the customer's satisfaction is fair and also can-do. Buying a car today is as challenging as always - when having to walk in a place that often feels like a shark tank...but Prestige is a professional dealer that wants to earn your business. The folks at Prestige were delightful, attentive and honest. Can I just state a few facts....receptionist was very helpful and welcoming,Pedro was sincere and thorough,he followed up everything immediately. Accounting was smooth,everything was prepared and clearly explained.Dwayne set everything up and walked me through the car like a tour...it had the feel of a private tour through an art gallery(teaching and admiring) My hope is,my expectation is your service department is like minded...if so...like I said...I'll be back!
