We were immediately greeted in the most professional, warm, and welcoming way. While we waited (briefly) for our sales rep, Lori Asserson, we lounged on comfortable sofas, enjoying delicious snacks and cappuccino. Lori is simply the best in her field. We have purchased 3 BMWs (one for our daughter) from this amazing salesperson and wouldn't think of going anywhere else.She knows her inventory inside out and she cuts to the chase as only a seasoned professional can. Lori has a great combination of warmth, attentiveness, and a no nonsense approach. All of the BMW staff were of the highest calibre and we had the unmistakable sense that we were in superb hands and, indeed, all of our needs were met quickly, professionally, and competently.
