We apologize for the problems you've encountered recently with your vehicle. In speaking with Clay directly we understand you brought your car in for a Multi Point Inspection where we checked the tires and all warning lights, fluids, etc. During this visit no warning signs were activated and recommendations were made for future service. Unfortunately we cannot foresee issues that happen once the vehicle leaves the dealership and because no warning lights were activated for the expansion tank problem you encountered, we there was no need to inspect that specific part. I just want to thank Clay and the team at Prestige for the way they handled my issue. They were very flexible and worked to understand My issue and resolve it at my convenience. While everyone makes mistakes it isn’t about making or not making a mistake, it is about how you handle things once you are made aware of the issue. I can honestly say they handled things great and i would recommend Prestige to anyone .
