Nothing Better. Yesterday I got into my X6M and I noticed it was shaking a bit, never happened before. I drove to Prestige and walked downstairs and went up to Cara Yesterday I got into my X6M and I noticed it was shaking a bit, never happened before. I drove to Prestige and walked downstairs and went up to Cara DeLuca, service advisor. I also needed the 15,000 mile service. Cara asked me if I could wait and I said I will get a ride home. Cara always with a smile helped me out about a month ago too when my vehicle needed oil.. I lease 2 cars from the dealership and the service Cara provides will keep me coming back. I have my own company for years and the service I receive at your dealership is the exact same service I expect from my employees to my customers. My vehicle was ready when Cara promised and the X6 runs perfectly.. Please thank Cara for me again... More

They are responsive, attentive and always pleasant. I highly recommend the service department at Prestige. We have been going there with my daughters car for 6 years and although I have had issues with I highly recommend the service department at Prestige. We have been going there with my daughters car for 6 years and although I have had issues with the things that were wrong with the car the service department was always perfect! We looked into using a dealer closer to where she goes to school and one very short conversation later I was back on the phone with Prestige (Anna). More

Service needs to improve The service needs to improve. I was given a loaner with a bubble in the tire. I called on Sat and no one got back to me, not even a return call. I was The service needs to improve. I was given a loaner with a bubble in the tire. I called on Sat and no one got back to me, not even a return call. I was filling the tires at least 2-3 x’s a day. I didn’t dare drive it to the city for errands. I’m happy I got my car back, but three loaners since Thursday. Customer service is key and the keys are falling off the ring. My service advisor was very kind and she made it better, but the last time I was there it was not good and I thought this time it will be like when we purchased the car. We were treated like royalty. First service the same. Then after that it’s been spiraling down. We had a service appointment and when the gentleman drove my car up I sat in and noticed all tires were low. Why would you return a car that way. It’s all about the customer service. More
