Andrew is always available to answer any questions and help me with my car. I have noticed that he has numerous awards from BMW of North America with regards to exceptional service. From my personal experience, these awards have been duly earned, and I am sure that there are many more to come in the future. Octávio was also exceptional in this particular transaction. I found it useful and admirable, that he did not try to sell a series of unnecessary insurance policies for the vehicle. He spent time reviewing each option, and how it applied to me directly.
