Very unhappy with my first experience They kept my car for 11 days. Not once did I get an update. The only call I received was on day 11 to say my car was ready. They did absolutely nothin They kept my car for 11 days. Not once did I get an update. The only call I received was on day 11 to say my car was ready. They did absolutely nothing to my car except an oil change. I can’t believe it took 11 days to that. They didn’t find anything wrong with any of my other concerns. Honestly, I feel like they gave me my car back on day 11 because I called on day 10 for status and asked to speak to a manager. Since my car is covered bumper to bumper, it was easier for them to say just bring it back if you continue to find there’s something wrong with the car than to have to justify keeping it anymore time. I don’t want to forget to mention that I just bought the car and already it needed maintenance. It would’ve been nice to take care of that before they sold it to me!!! They didn’t even wash my car. Very disappointed. I guarantee that if I was not covered bumper to bumper they would have told me of a million things that needed to be done to the car.... like my break pads, for example. More
