Excellent, efficient and friendly service Upon arrival, i was greeted by the service manager, Clay Vieni. He then passed me onto Anna Piserchia, who processed me within minutes, and invited m Upon arrival, i was greeted by the service manager, Clay Vieni. He then passed me onto Anna Piserchia, who processed me within minutes, and invited me to have some breakfast in the lounge. 5 minutes later I was telephoned and told of work needed on my car. When i went down to service, the loaner paperwork was done in mnutes and I was escorted to a brand new x5 loaner and was on my way within 15 mintues of arrival. These people are slimy. Do not buy a car here. We reached a deal on a car with certain options. After delays in delivery (which should have been a red flag), they finally delivered the wrong car an We reached a deal on a car with certain options. After delays in delivery (which should have been a red flag), they finally delivered the wrong car and tried to upsell it to us. A manager came out and tried to explain that the car we had agreed upon couldn't have been delivered. So we could take this car with options we didn't want, and and pay extra for it. We finally agreed to take the car, for somewhat more money, just to get it over with -- until we found out that it didn't contain options we did want. Either this was a set-up, or someone is grossly incompetent, or both. Get your car somewhere else. They took it back after we realized our desired options were missing, but only after giving us a very hard time. Bottom line is they tried to sell us a bag of goods. We still plan to get a BMW, which we think is a quality car, but we will go to a more scrupulous dealer. More
