It was friendly. I like to bring my another car here too for service in future.however not able to book online a loaner was very disaponting. Excellent Service I am from Pennsylvania and found my car on Cargurus. After reviewing all the information on BMW of Ramsey's web site , i contacted sales and had Pedr I am from Pennsylvania and found my car on Cargurus. After reviewing all the information on BMW of Ramsey's web site , i contacted sales and had Pedro respond to me. I scheduled an appointment to visit the dealership and see the car. I arrived at 11:00 AM and was greeted by Pedro and at 2:30PM i left the dealership with my new BMW. It could not have gone any smoother. My trade was evaluated and the deal made, finance took care of all paperwork . I would recommend BMW of Ramsey to anyone. Very good first time experience! Ron S. More
