Corey, We are so sorry to hear about your loaner vehicle. This is unacceptable and has been brought up to upper management so that those involved in the loaner dept can be made aware of the concern. While we understand there are times where our loaner fleet is being used to capacity, and while we want to get them back on the road with a customer in need as soon as possible once the prior customer returns it, it's important to not sacrifice the cleanliness of the vehicle just to make sure a customer is not waiting too long.
