Quickly and professionally handled my air bag recall. Very smooth process from drop off to pick up and it was clear that my time was valued, which is somewhat rare in many service departments I've used. T Very smooth process from drop off to pick up and it was clear that my time was valued, which is somewhat rare in many service departments I've used. The staff was friendly and efficient. My inital service person was John (I see 2, I'm not sure if it was Brugaletta or Desantis). He offered me a drop off and without asking I was called back by (I think) Brian when my car was ready and he had already arranged a pick-up. I was also made aware of other issues with the car and provided estimates for them but not given the hard sell as it was clear I wasn't in the market to get those issues fixed, yet. Also, my car that was being serviced is 15 years old, so I'm not a sales customer or even recent service customer, and I was in for an air-bag recall, not a normal paid service appointment, yet it seemed I received the same high quality service as the man with the brand new M3 in front of me. Also, both drop off/pickup staff were very friendly. Ford dropped me off and I think his name was Jesse (I don't see him on the below list) picked me up.
