Rushed and undervalued I have purchased many vehicles from Mercedes-Benz, VW, Chevy, Jeep. This was by far my worst experience. My sales person was incredibly helpful and I I have purchased many vehicles from Mercedes-Benz, VW, Chevy, Jeep. This was by far my worst experience. My sales person was incredibly helpful and I appreciate all his help finding me the vehicle I need - but the dealership it's self doesn't value it's customer service. I feel as if it was month end and they just wanted to push another car out the door. Two weeks after purchase my car has been returned for service for squealing brakes (an issue that was supposed to be corrected before I picked the car up). I received a call yesterday from the service advisor telling me it's ok that breaks will squeak totally disregarding the ear shattering noise coming from the wheels of my new car. It hasnt been picked up yet - we'll see if it's been corrected. My sales contact is/was out of work for medical reasons so I contacted the dealer management 3 times and never received a call back in regards to my registration availability, parts that were ordered, and the mediocre condition my car was delivered in. No issue or concerns have been addressed by them (I made my own service appointment and hunted down the registration and parts when I arrived after waiting an hour) Also, my insurance company never received my purchase order from them so I had to complete the process just to ensure the vehicle was covered! Not a recommended dealership. More

Air Bag recall & Alignment Visit went smooth, and very professional. I signed the documents and paid for service. No one brought that to my attention as to whether this was serious or there was a corrective action to be taken. I called back to speak with my service rep. He was not in, but they promised to leave him a message to return my call - that was over 48 hours ago - still no call. More
